  • Supporting Hidden Disabilities at Clarion Today, on International Day of Persons with Disabilities, we’re proud to begin our journey launching the Sunflower internally within Clarion UK. The Sunflower symbol is a globally recognised way to indicate that someone has a non-visible disability and may need additional support, understanding, or simply a little more time. As part of our commitment to inclusion, all Clarion employees will be invited to complete educational training, and Sunflower lanyards and “I Support the Sunflower” badges will be available for those who wish to wear them. “Clarion is joining the Sunflower network because we believe in making the invisible visible. Supporting non-visible disabilities is about creating a safe space for everyone to thrive – with dignity, understanding, and kindness.” Together, we’re building a workplace where everyone feels seen, supported, and empowered. 💛 #IDPWD #HiddenDisabilitiesSunflower #InclusionMatters #ClarionEvents #Allyship #Accessibility #PeopleFirst

🎄 We’re proud to share that Clarion Events is once again a partner of the One Day at Christmas project! 🎄 Created by the UK events industry, One Day at Christmas brings together 3,500+ people who are alone or isolated for one magical Christmas experience across 10 venues on 5 December. This initiative offers companionship, entertainment, a festive meal, and a sense of belonging at a time of year when many feel most alone. At Clarion, our teams across the business are passionate about supporting the communities we serve. Partnering with One Day at Christmas reflects our belief in the power of live events to connect people, create joy, and make a positive social impact. We’d love to see even more of our colleagues, partners, and peers join the initiative this year. Let’s continue to show the power of our industry when we come together for something bigger than ourselves. Across the global events industry, sustainability efforts are gaining momentum—from renewable energy and resource efficiency to recycling and waste reduction. Better Stands is part of this positive shift. By encouraging the move to reusable stand construction, Better Stands helps reduce both waste and carbon impact, while also delivering cost savings and greater efficiency during build-up. Pilots across different regions and show types have already proven it works: the more you engage, the more you save.  Join the movement to accelerate sustainable change in our industry. • At the UFI Global Congress 2025, Clarion’s Ilaria Basile joined fellow Next Generation Leadership Grant recipients to explore how they can redefine exhibition formats for the next century. Their research showed two exhibitor priorities: 🔹 Clear, measurable ROI 🔹 Actionable data to drive better engagement Whether ROI-driven or relationship-driven, all exhibitors want qualified buyers and transparent outcomes. The group proposed new ideas - from reverse expo zones and immersive storytelling to, an app concept offering real-time ROI dashboards, smart matchmaking, and XP-based rewards. They also introduced the Exhibition Performance Playbook to help organisers create more personalised, tech-enabled, and high-impact event experiences. As UFI marks 100 years, the message is clear: to stay timeless, exhibitions must keep evolving - powered by innovation, the next generation and grounded in human connection. Here’s to shaping the next century of exhibitions. 🚀 hashtag#ufi hashtag#uficongress hashtag#asiaworldexpo hashtag#ExploreALLinAWE hashtag#eventprofs
