We’re a brand activation and drinks agency with over 15 years of experience in bringing brands to life. Our expertise lies in creating unforgettable brand experiences - Shaping how brands show up and engage audiences through experiential activations, pop-up bars, and bespoke event builds. With a strong background in running cocktail bars at large-scale events across the UK, we now partner with brands across all sectors to deliver sampling campaigns, activations, and branded experiences nationwid, including Scotland. We’re proud to have worked with leading names such as Givenchy, Aperol, and Hilton Hotels, delivering premium activations that connect with audiences in meaningful ways. Thanks to our strong relationships with promoters and iconic London destinations Including Carnaby Street and Covent Garden Estate. We’re able to help brands access high-traffic, high-impact locations that elevate their presence. Our creative team specialises in design, custom builds, and branded vehicles, offering solutions that stand out at festivals, retail spaces, and city events. We also provide third-party bar operations at some of the UK’s most recognised festivals, including Creamfields, Formula 1, and Taste of London. For entrepreneurs, our franchise model offers the chance to run their own pop-up bar business, with our first franchise already thriving in Cornwall.

  • Christmas Done Right at Covent Garden.

    No one does Christmas in London quite like Covent Garden. (Shaftesbury Capital PLC) From the stunning decorations and festive carol singers to the Christmas markets and incredible street entertainment, the atmosphere is unmatched. We’re excited to be down there serving up our Christmas cocktails using Double Dutch Drinks | B Corp and The Duppy Share - B Corp - Mulled wine and Bailey's hot chocolate. It’s a privilege to be part of one of London’s most iconic festive hotspots.

  • It's been a pleasure to once again work with Grupo Freixenet on this project for the M&B awards at the Hilton Hotel in Birmingham. Beetle Juice Events & Brand Lab challenge was to elevate the brand’s presence by creating a Studio 54 - inspired bar experience. The design needed to incorporate the bottle’s unique texture, feature a mirrored bar, and include built-in bottle fridges. The aesthetic direction was clear: glamour and impact, with a palette of black and gold. Bonus points were awarded for weaving in disco balls. We designed a striking bar installation that seamlessly blended luxury with playfulness. The bottle’s texture was subtly integrated into the finishes, while a mirrored bar formed the centrepiece of the setup, reflecting light and amplifying the atmosphere. Fridges were built in to ensure functionality without disrupting the sleek design. Black and gold accents, shimmering disco balls, and a bespoke lightbox showcasing the brand’s logo brought the Studio 54 vibe to life and created a bold visual identity. The final build delivered both style and practicality - An immersive branded environment that stood out at events and embodied the glamour of Studio 54. The combination of bold textures, reflective surfaces, a bespoke logo lightbox, and iconic disco elements ensured the brand achieved high visibility and left a lasting impression on guests.

    A time to reflect and what a year it’s been! From back-to-back events to immersive activation builds, it’s been incredible to reconnect with familiar brands and collaborate with so many new ones along the way.   • Going that extra mile for a good cause is always important. Our company, founded with a mindset of positivity and willingness, embodies the spirit of going above and beyond. That's what hospitality is all about!! We're YES men!! We approached the organizers of Flackstock, a charity event, I was eager to contribute. Having met Flacky on a few occasions, i wanted to support the charitable cause of mental health, which was close to my heart. We donated a bar and our time to assist backstage, ensuring the artists received the support they needed for their performances. As Year 1 ended, the organizers approached us for Year 2. This time we thought we'd brand up the bar with the festival logo and colours in memory of Caroline. This opportunity led to some great collaborations with new brands seeking exposure. We even ended up doing Chesney Hawkes Birthday party. This experience highlights the value of altruistic gestures, showcasing how offering assistance without expectation can lead to unexpected rewards. #GivingBack #CommunitySupport #mentalhealth #Flackstock

  • A summer full of love and colour:

  • How it all began.

    27th May, 2011…. Our first event. No logo and No name. We all had jobs in the city, but something was missing. Deep down, we knew we wanted more, something meaningful, something of our own that we could share with others. It started as an idea between my brother, a friend from school, and me: to create something bold, something that would turn heads and offer people a unique experience. We figured, why not build it all around an iconic vehicle? One day, we stumbled across her on eBay. We placed a bid, not entirely sure what we’d do if we actually won. Then came the notification - we had. Later that week, we met the couple selling her. They were eager to travel the world and wanted a quick sale. As they handed us the keys, they said, “Her name is Gracie.” By the end of that week, the real work began. My brother dove into YouTube tutorials, teaching himself how to weld and handle an angle grinder. Meanwhile, Harry and I hit the ground running, reaching out to wedding venues, car shows, and festivals. Within a few weeks, our calendar started filling up. Beetle Juice Events was born!!! After a packed summer of events, we quickly realised one van wasn’t enough. One became two, two became four—and it kept growing from there. It didn’t take long to realise we couldn’t be everywhere at once. At one point, we were driving all the way to Cornwall for a wedding booking with a minimum spend of £500. Lesson learned! That’s when the idea for a franchise model was born. We decided to divide the UK into regions and offer people the chance to run their own bar business—using a proven concept and our established brand. We’d already built great relationships with companies like Live Nation, and word about Beetle Juice Events was starting to spread. By 2019, we had 10 franchisees covering Kent, Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Bristol, Cornwall, Devon, and several in the Surrey/London area. Then came 2020 and with it, COVID. Events shut down overnight. Our franchisees couldn’t operate, so the vans came back—16 of them. Panic set in. We had a large loan to pay off and no idea what the next six months would look like. But then, something unexpected happened. Our creativity and concepts started catching the attention of major brands. As the world slowly returned to normal, we kept running our cocktail bars—but behind the scenes, we were pivoting. Brands began using our vans and setups to activate their products. What started as a mobile bar business was now also a marketing agency and today, we do both. We still have a thriving franchise in Cornwall, run by Mark, who operates multiple vehicles to meet demand. Across the UK, we now manage over 20 vehicles and work with a growing portfolio of brands on both short- and long-term campaigns. What began as a drunken idea, one that miraculously survived the hangover—has become our livelihood for the past 14 years. If you don’t shoot… you don’t score. And when the market shifts - Pivot!!!
