Here are some takeaways: ▪️ The first thing you build probably won't work. The second thing might not either. That's the reality of building. The #founders who win are the ones who keep going long enough to find the thing that does. ▪️ Pay attention to what people truly need. Timing, instinct, luck, and riding the right trends matter. But beyond riding a wave, when you build something people genuinely need, you cross the threshold from being a tool to becoming culture. Thanks to everyone who joined us.
