  • Year-End Appreciation at APAC!   We wrapped up the year at Crocs APAC with a festive, high-spirited brunch hosted and personally served by our Regional Leadership Team. Aprons on, they helped set the tone for a lively and memorable morning.   The session brought together colleagues, including many from our retail teams. And while not everyone who contributes to our success could be in the room, we want to acknowledge the collective dedication and hard work that shaped this year.   A crowd favorite was our Best Dressed competition, featuring standout costumes like the Christmas tree and the giant present, that filled the room with laughter and celebration. It was a great reminder of what we value in our culture: commitment to excellence, support for one another, and the shared moments that bring our community even closer.   A wonderful way to close out the year. Across our Asia offices, teams came together to mark Croctober, our global celebration of self-expression, creativity, and the community that makes Crocs unique. This year, the festivities coincided with Deepavali, the Festival of Lights, which celebrates the triumph of light over darkness and good over evil. Our teams joined in the spirit of the season, decked out in their most vibrant Deepavali outfits, sharing laughter, food, and connection.   • Q2 has been a strong quarter for Crocs and HEYDUDE, both globally and across Asia Pacific. Yesterday's APAC Town Hall was the perfect moment to recognize these results and the people behind them. In our region, we saw standout growth across China, Japan, and our Southeast Asia distributors. This success reflects the focus, speed, and commitment of our teams in delivering for our consumers. We marked the occasion with a touch of fun, enjoying Krispy Kreme donuts from our latest collaboration and a buffet lunch together in the pantry.   • Today, Crocs, Inc. reported a solid second quarter with consolidated revenues of $1.1 billion, with both our Crocs and HEYDUDE brands contributing to our performance. We are pleased with our second quarter results, and grateful for the contributions of our global teams while we continue to operate in an unpredictable marketplace. A few highlights from the quarter: •Crocs brand was led by our international business, which represented more than half the brand’s revenue mix in the quarter and registered growth of 16%. • Crocs China reported another quarter of strong revenue growth in excess of 30% and Crocs India also grew double digits. • All Crocs’ product categories – Clogs, Sandals and Jibbitz Charms – grew in the quarter. •We launched HEYDUDE Country – a campaign rooted in authenticity that plays into brand affinities like music, pre- and post-sport, and travel. •HEYDUDE’s direct-to-consumer channel was up 7% in the quarter, supported by new store openings and strong social commerce performance. •Both brands continued to win on TikTok Shop, with Crocs and HEYDUDE the No. 1 and No. 2 footwear brands on the platform.
