    <title>New Weekly Site: Castles of Wales</title>
    <description>
		This site has tons of information on the various castle across Wales - which I've never been to, but looks like a beautiful country. Come check this site out to learn about the over 400 different known castles, and plan your next trip to Wales! I would looove to visit an old castle one day! I just think old architecture is fascinating, and being able to still admire a structure that stood the test of times is something that I can always appreciate - just as this website has over the past 30 years!

    <title>New Weekly Video: "The Rainbow Sponge" from Dee Gruenig</title>
    <description>
    	This is one of my favourite videos on the internet! I just love how excited Dee Dee gets, it really makes you want to buy the product! Aside from some of the hilarious exclamations and how she has to calm herself down, the art itself is quite nice and is worth checking out for some cool artistic ideas!

    <title>New Weekly Song: "Sun Colored Eyes" by Mabisyo</title>
    <description>
    	I remember stumbling upon this on YouTube quite a while back, but not being able to find it for a few years. I was finally able to find it not too long ago, and it was just as good as I remember. A very mellow collection of beats that will help get the vibes right. Gives me some Nujabes vibes!

    <title>New Weekly Game: Papa's Pizzeria</title>
    <description>
		Perhaps one of the most well known flash games, spanning over a dozen games in the series! You can't think of flash games without thinking of the Papa's Series. If you've played one of these games, chances are you treat fast food employees with respect - they certainly teach kids the stresses of dealing with the public at a young age

    <title>New Weekly Site: Graffiti Central</title>
    <description>
		Hundreds of different graffiti SVGs! Graffiti can be a bit of a controversial topic, but there a certainly pieces of art in here that require lots of skill. As the graffiti is gathered from the streets, and is not filtered, there may be some NSFW Content. It is always wrong to censor art, so that is something I really appreciate about this collection (although some graffiti here I would not consider art).

    <title>Site Update: New Tool - Image Manipulator </title>
    <description>
		I've been thinking about making a simple tool to edit images for a while. Just starting out with some mirroring and filters, but plan to add rotation and more affects. It's pretty slow/unoptimized at the moment, so lots of work to be done! Let me know if you see any weird bugs, or have suggestions for features!

    	This may be one of my favourite songs of all time!! I found it when looking for free music on some random Wordpress blog a while back and instantly fell in love with it. I actually uploaded it to YouTube because I enjoyed it so much, and got some sweet comments on the video. I also have the B-side of this single that I should upload one day...

    <title>New Bi-Weekly Poll: What is your preferred method of listening to music?</title>
    <description>
		I honestly do not have a strong opinion on this one. Whichever starter I pick changes almost every time, but there was one thing that led me to choosing Squirtle this time. When I was typing out the names of the starters for this poll, Squirtle was the only one that was marked as spelt incorrectly and I thought that was just disrespectful. So this is my way of saying "Justice for Squirtle!"

    <title>New Weekly Video: "Is It A Good Idea To Microwave This?" from Jogwheel</title>
    <description>
    	This was a YouTube series I remember watching a lot when I was younger and I'm still surprised to see that it's up on the site! It is much older than I would have guessed. The show answers the age-old question of "Is It A Good Idea To Microwave This?", with the answer usually being "Hell No". There's literally hundreds of episodes to go through, so if you ever wondered what happens if you stick X or Y in a microwave, these guys may already have the answer!

    	Although not a song specific to him, but A$AP Rocky is probably one of my more-favourite rappers. What I love most about this video (and a lot of Rocky's) is the visual effects. Some of the transitions and glitch effects are super dope - something I would love how to do for video/pictures.

    <description>
    	I redesigned a few different sections on my site. Such as the tables on my Bookshelf and the Games &amp; Tools pages. The tables should be much more consistent in design. I removed the navigation bar links to the games/tools, since there were soo many of them - and I would need to update each page whenever updating/creating/removing some of the links. So this should make it easier in the future for updates there.

    <title>New Media Review: DuckTales</title>
    <description>
	    Chip 'n Dale aren't characters I think highly of. They are annoying troublemakers in most instances, so it's nice to see them (try) to do some good in this series. Maybe it's just my dislike of the titular characters, but this is another show where I enjoyed the other characters rather than the main ones. In this case, the other Rescue Rangers are much more enjoyable to watch and see how they come up with clever solutions to aiding those (usually themselves) in need...

    <description>
    	I was trying to decide between this song and "Crank That", but my mom chimed in that she kind of liked this one. This song (and a lot of Soulja Boy's songs) make for a great ringtone., As most people in their twenties, I group up listening to Soulja boy, so it's interesting to see all the different ways that he's stayed relevant over the. years. I wish someone would kiss me thru the phone.

		Last Poll's Comments: I was split right down the middle between Keroppi &amp; Pompompurin, but went with the latter since his design is just sooo squishable! I just want to poke and smush them! I also really enjoyed doing the ice cream dailies for Pompompurin in Hello Kitty Island Adventure, which I had played pretty consistently for a couple months. With a region as large as India, you could spend hours reading through all of the different flowers from the Country.

I have yet to see it or listen to the album but have heard good things about the movie from people discussing online, so I'm excited to check it out. I remember watching Gorillaz music videos on MTV or VH1 as a kid and loving them ever since. One of my favourite songs from MX vs ATV Unleashed on the PS2, I would play this games for hours almost every day. I loved racing to the music, or diving in the open world - where you could go to the edge to launch yourself into the sky. This game has one of my favourite soundtracks; along with the Tony Hawk games, it probably has some of the best licensed music in a video game (is it fair to consider Guitar Hero and Rock Band?). I was also feeling like I could relate to the lyrics especially well the past week or so.

		Last Poll's Comments: While any of these Wonders would be awesome to visit (or rather, would have been), the one I would most be excited about is the Hanging Gardens of Babylon. I love walking through gardens and nature preserves, so something so professionally and eloquently designed, as I imagine the Hanging Gardens to be, would absolutely captivate me four hours. Even more so with so many of the plant species I assume to be from various regions - providing a great deal of new experiences for people who have not travelled and are visiting the Garden.

    <description>
    	This is one of my mom's favourite videos on the internet, and mine as well. It's always fun to see someone play multiple characters in the same piece of content; this one is particularly funny with how quickly the camera jumps between characters with only a slightly different angle on their hat or camera. How quickly the scenes jump almost gives you whiplash, but not nearly as much as the plot to the video! You'll have to check it out for yourself to see all the unexpected turns it takes.

	    Finally switching over to watching some Disney cartoons. There are a still few more Nick shows that I want to watchtrough and review, but will hold off on those for a while. I have never seen an episode of DuckTales before watching through it last month, and really wish I had watched it sooner! It was a great show with good comedy, action, adventure, and even some mystery. Whenever someone mentions <i>DuckTales</i>, I can't but help to sing out that "Wooh-Ooh!" from the show's intro. It is probably one of the best theme songs for an animated show, being something that I would even put on to listen to casually.

    <title>New Weekly Song: "Hey Bulldog" performed by Fanny</title>
    <description>
    	Originally a Beatles song, this version is performed from an 70s all-girl rock band, two members being sisters from the Phillipines. I find it to be a bit "harder" sound than the original, which makes me enjoy it even more! They also do a cover of Marvin Gaye's Aint That Peculiar, from the same live set which brings a heavier rock sound to an already great Motown song. Both are definitely worth a listen, as well as is their original music!

    	 A hilarious series of short videos starring two llamas - one of them being a complete psychopath with a taste for human flesh. I remember when this first came out, already being a big fan of Charlie the Unicorn, and thought it was one of the funniest videos at the time. <title>New Weekly Song: "Gary Come Home" performed by Ampliphobia</title>
    <description>
    	 You could never convince this is not the best breakup song ever written. I absolutely love this rendition of the song. It started as a rather simple cover then breaks down halfway into a punk tune. It is such a great changeup from how the song is played in the show, and I feel like it leans into the 'breakup song' sound that the lyrics provide - touching on the different depressive and angry episodes someone would haver after a breakup. I also really like the backyard setting that this is performed at; I wish I could have been there to see it live!

    <title>New Bi-Weekly Poll: Which Ancient Seven Wonder Would You Want to Visit in Its Prime</title>
    <description>
		Last Poll's Comments: I've been wanting to have a new poll for such a long time! I honestly thought I was locked out of my account, as I had lost some backups and do not have my main SSD operation at the moment, but ended up having the password saved on my laptop. This means I could've been doing new polls this entire time! I do not think it is a big deal, as it was nice to see a lot of people voting on a poll. I hope you enjoy the future ones!

    <title>New Weekly Site: Curious Cones</title>
    <description>
		This is a really fun site with a unique concept! View user-submitted photos of traffic cones in odd or unexpected locations! I got a few good chuckles going through some of the pictures. I will have to be on the lookout for some curiously placed cones in the future to send in. They are also a fellow Neocities site, so be sure to drop them a follow!

    <title>New Weekly Song: "Crossroad" by Robert Johnson</title>
    <description>
    	 One of the most best guitarists, and the first member of the 27 club (did they all sell their souls?). A fitting song as my mom and I just finished watching Supernatural season 12. I first thought of this song when I asked my dad for a Song of the Week, and he said he had a "song for life" (I didn't bother hearing what he had to recommend). If you have never heard of Robert Johnson or his music, I highly recommend checking some tunes out and a documentary.

    <title>New Weekly Site: ThemeParks.ie</title>
    <description>
		A cool collection of travel photos of different theme parks from around the world - every continent except Antarctica! There are tons of pictures of each park, with some even including former attractions. I am not the biggest rollercoaster fanatic, in fact I do not fit on most of them due to my height and they've always scared me as a kid, but I still enjoy visiting theme parks and seeing all the different other attractions they have - like animals, performances, or just walking through the experience the design and layout.

    <title>New Weekly Song: "TMo'Momo!" by Lucky Chops</title>
    <description>
    	A song recommended by a friend who first heard it on an Elden Ring video. It has a big-band sound, but with some sort of electronic/metal influence making for a very interesting listen. The wild percussion work and switches between different horn instruments keeps you on your toes, and makes for an exciting listen. The bass on some of the horns is almost intense, so I would recommend some nice speakers if you've got them!

    <title>New Bi-Weekly Poll: Did You Miss the Polls?</title>
    <description>
		We're finally back after a couple of months, after a struggle getting my passwords! Still do not have access to the Guestbook however. For this last poll, I am not surprised that train won as the most popular option, but was not expecting it to be at 50% of the total votes - especially after being up so long. I am also happy to see how many people voted on it! I am not a big fan of driving personally, and planes scare the hell out of me, so I usually prefer to go with trains or buses for my transportation. I have not take a boat/ship anywhere far, but enjoy going out for a boatride on a lake or river.

    <description>
		Cooking is one of my favourite hobbies, and I enjoy learning new technique and history behind a culture's dish. This site was right up my alley with over 100 different spices extensively covered. There's plenty of details on how spices are used, what they're called in other languages, botanical details, and even etymology of the spice. The site is also offered in a German version. There are so many spices and herbs I've never heard or seen on this site, so there's a lot of new recipes for me to look into and try out one day!

    <description>
    	This is probably one of the coolest sites I've seen in quite a while! Yet another museum type site, with a focus on vintage cameras. There are dozens of different cameras where you can ready about its history, see examples of the photos it would take, and even get a 360 degree view of the camera. Film photography is a hobby I would love to get into, especially using an older camera like the ones you can find on this site. I adore the sepia tone on older photos.

    <title>New Media Review: ChalkZone</title>
    <description>
		This was a Nicktoon that I remember watching, but was only able to catch it when I was quite young before school. So it was not something I remember well, but was looking forward to watching. I do not remember too much about this show other than the main characters and the fact that they travel through chalkboards to get into the ChalkZone. One reason why I think this series stuck with me so much, aside from being one of the early-morning shows I'd watch, was its similarities to Harold and the Purple Crayon, which also had a TV Series around the same time....

    <title>New Weekly Song: "Closer to the Sun" by Slightly Stoopid</title>
    <description>
    	I love Slightly Stoopid! This is one of my favourite songs by them; the guitar and drums instantly get your body grooving. Any song from this band reminds me attending Uni and how I used to put them on all the time when my roommates and I were hanging out. I actually got to go to a concert of theirs with my family a couple of years ago - that was a ton of fun and had some great opening bands! The venue also had really good, and cheap, corndogs.

    <description>
		Fire hydrants aren't something I think about too much aside from avoiding them when parking or imagining a dog peeing on one, but still thought this site, which has been around since 1998, was cool since there's thousands of images of different hydrants with some over them being from the 1800s even. I always love a good site on special interests, especially when there's some focus on the history. It is interesting to see all the different styles of hydrants, but how many of those styles haven't changed in the last 100 years. There's also lots of different links to other hydrant related links, like manufacturer and supplier sites or art and other picture collections.

    <title>New Weekly Song: "Sunset" from Kingdom Hearts</title>
    <description>
    	Super late to post this. I've been real distraced and focused in playing through Kingdom Hearts. I finally beat KH1FM on Proud, and got almost all achievements (a few gummi missions and another fast playthrough to get them all). This song is one of my favourites in the series; it is often played in some of the most pivotal moments in the game and gives a sense of completion. It's aptly named, as you hear it at the end of the game as well, but like a sunset, it does not mean everything is complete and there is still more to do in the next day, or the next journey.

I remember making these when I was a little kid, and think it would be a fun craft to pick up. If you are one to make a New Year's resolution, and want to do something more creative - this may be a good place to start! I have been in a really strong Kingdom Hearts mood the past couple weeks, and have been planning on playing through all of the games. This is a wonderfully curated collection of the different episodes and characters from Farscape! Although I have never seen a single episode of the show, I actually have only heard the name a couple of times, I fell in love with the website design and attention to detail in creating an aesthetic that (I assume) is inspired from the show. The dedication that the website creators took to cover each episode in depth, include details about so many different characters and their actors, or even the show's rating really stood out to me. I had been thinking of watching some sci-fi show lately, and may give this one a go!

    <title>New Weekly Song: "Beautiful Disaster" by 311</title>
    <description>
     This is an awesome song from a great band, they have a pretty unique sound that combines rock, reggae, and rap that just tickles my fancy like with ska-punk and nu-metal; This band has a song for everyone! If I had to recommend one however, it would probably be this one (but very hard to pick). I think this song showcases their style quite well. It jumps around from a harder rock sound to a more calmer, rhythmic interlude with the reggae sound coming through.

     I was trying to think of a song that is fun to whistle and this was the first one that came to mind. It's silly and whimsical (as most whistling tunes should be), and it's something you can easily add on to with some tummy slaps or finger snaps. An added bonus being from a great classic Disney movie. I am not great at whistling, but it's something I want to practice a bit more - it's a free instrument!

    <description>
    This is one of my favourite Grateful Dead songs. It is quite long, but that provides a great canvas for storytelling and musical exploration. As the Grateful Dead is well known for being a jam band, so there can be some of the core experience lost when listening to a studio album, but this song does great at delivering the feel of the musicians actively experimenting and exploring the music as they are playing. This is a great listen with a wide arrange of emotions to take you through, put some headphones on and enjoy!

		This is probably the hardest question for me to answer. I looove pie so much, and all kinds of them (except lemon and lime to be honest...)! I like to get a sweet banana or coconut cream on my birthday, and pumpkin &amp; pecan are perfect for the Autumn season, and a warm berry pie always makes me happy. But I picked the 'basic' Apple pie for my vote since it is always there - you can depend on it. This year for Thanksgiving though, I want a Cherry Pie with Crumb Top.

    <title>New Weekly Song: "Macy's Day Parade" by Green Day</title>
    <description>
    This may be my favourite song from Green Day. I love its composition with acoustic guitar with the bass and drums coming in later to push it along. The lyrics touch on the materialistic views tendencies of peoples, and how no matter how much money we have it will never satisfy our true desires. Unfortunately I feel like I have been another member in the parade marching down that road more and more as I get older, and looking for different deals on insurance - so I can get my coffin ten percent for free.

    <title>New Recipe: "Grandma's Apple Crisp"</title>
    <description>
     This has been my favourite dessert since I was a child. Tons of apples and a sweet crunchy top. It is great while still warm and served with some vanilla ice cream. I was able to take some pictures for this recipe as well. This is a great dish to make for Thanksgiving!

    <title>New Weekly Site: win16.page</title>
    <description>
		You could probably tell that I am a fan of retro computing, so I got a little excited when I cam across this site. There are nearly 500 different video games available to download from very early versions of Windows. Although these games are a bit older than what I would have played as a kid, it is still awesome to see such a large collection of old software. I am not sure how well any of these would run on a modern computer, but there's bound to be compatibility programs or virtual machines that can be used. Please Note: I am not affiliated with this site and running executables downloaded from the internet should be done at your own risk.

    <title>New Weekly Song: "Walkin' On The Sun" by Smash Mouth</title>
    <description>
     I was going to do one of Smash Mouth's other songs from the Shrek soundtrack, since I have been wanting to rewatch the movie, but decided against it. I've already done another song from Shrek 2 soundtrack, but I also just enjoy this song a bit more. It has a bit more of that Ska vibe from when the band was just starting out that I absolutely love!

    <title>New Bi-Weekly Poll: Which Slice of Pie Are You Grabbing?</title>
    <description>
		Technically I just stayed home and worked late on Halloween, and sadly did not get a single trick-r-treater, but the day after I went to a Pumpkin Patch with a friend. It was the first time that I can remember visiting one and it was a lot of fun. There were farm animals, a corn maze, a picnic area, and a hayride to the pumpkin patch. We picked out at least a dozen different pumpkins. Hopefully we can go back again next year.

    <title>New Weekly Site: The Owl Pages</title>
    <description>
		There's plenty of owl info on this site that has been online for over 27 years. They are some of the coolest birds out there! Check out all kinds of different owls around the world and even the sounds that they make! I always enjoyed hearing or catching a glimpse of owls flying around late at night; they are some of the most majestic birds out there. I am not sure what my demographics for this site are, but if you were a kid in the 2000s, there's a good chance tat you also read Guardians of Ga'Hoole (I only read the first three) and would have really enjoyed this website.

    <title>New Weekly Song: "In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida" by Iron Butterfly</title>
    <description>
     This song has one of the longest drum solos of rock history and it's a thrill to listen to. I remember my mom showing me this song when I was little. I was wanting to showcase a psychedelic song this week, but also really love this song because of how heavy it is. It's an amazing fusion of psychedelic and hard rock when the genre was in its formation.

    <title>New Media Review: As Told by Ginger</title>
    <description>
		The last Klasky Csupo Cartoon from the 90s and 2000s that I've watched and reviewed. This was actually the first time I watched As Told By Ginger, although I remember my sister watching it when we were younger. I guess I was not this show's target demographic when I was a little boy, and possibly even less so watching this this in my twenties, but I absolutely loved the show! I'm a big fan of the studio's art style, but the continuity between episodes was something that surprised me a bit, and kept me very interested in the developing relationships between Ginger and her friends....

    <title>New Weekly Song: "Kidnap The Sandy Claws" performed by Korn</title>
    <description>
     I was wanting something Halloween themed for this week, but was struggling to come up with options other than the Monster Mash. I was actually about to go with another non-spoopy song when I remembered the Nightmare Revisited album existed. Tim Burton's movies are some of my favourite horror-esque films, especially the Stop Motion Animation. This version of the soundtrack is also a harder rock version with some of my favourite bands.

    <title>New Bi-Weekly Poll: What Are You Doing for Halloween This Year?</title>
    <description>
		I was debating my choice this week again. I was super torn between Math and Science as my favourite school subject. I really loved solving math problems in school, but only went up to Calculus (along with some statistics and other classes for my Computer Science degree). However, what I thought was really cool about math was its application in science, especially Physics. I loved how varied the results are though! I was honestly expecting Art / Music to be higher up on the charts, but not too surprised that language arts did not get any votes (as of yet).

     I absolutely love Japanese City Pop! It was a genre that got popular on the internet when I was in highschool alongside vaporwave, so that's when I first got interested in City Pop. There are so many great songs with awesome music and beautiful singing, and this is a good example of what City Pop is, if you are not familiar. The influences from jazz, funk, and pop with early electronic instruments make for such a captivating sound!

    <title>New Media Review: CatDog</title>
    <description>
		CatDog is a show with some great humor, with an awesome voice-acting cast, but it seemed that there was a sort of formula when creating episodes for this show that make many of them feel almost identical. When watching this shown on TV as a kid, this was not something as easy to pick up on. So often is an episode's gag/punchline is Dog dragging Cat behind him through the city, smacking his head and scraping Cat's body as Dog dodges obstacles. While this can be hilarious depending on the episode's setup to the scenario, binge-watching this show a bit like I did made it feel a bit too repetitive. However, I still don't think this detracts from the overall show quality, especially as there are many episodes that are unique and standout on their own....

    <description>
		I had been working on this little clay figure for a few months, and finally decided to finish it off a couple weeks ago. I had all but the body created before I decided to add the head and bake it in the oven. I am surprised at how well it turned out. I had built it around an armature, so I think that helped. After baking it, I let it sit for a couple more weeks until today when I decided to paint it with whatever I had on hand, and I was pretty pleased with the color. Even more surprised that it can stand upright on its own (although it looks like Michael Jackson leaning forward).

     I really enjoy Surf Rock, and appreciate its importance to the history of Rock n roll along with its influences from Latin and Middle-Eastern music. I remember taking a music course in college, and we got to listen to some surf rock - I was so stoked! I think being such a big fan of SpongeBob is what at least got me exposed to the genre. The drums in this song, and almost all surf rock, are totally insane.

     One of my favourite albums all around; and one that I can easily listen all the way through any day. I used to put the album on when going to bed a lot in High School, and while not all of the songs may be the best to fall asleep to, this one is a nice ending to the album and your day. I have been working an insane amount of overtime, so listening to it tonight will definitely help me crash when my head hits the pillow. <title>New Media Review: Brother Bear</title>
    <description>
		Brother Bear is a movie I remember quite fondly as a child and, having re-watched it this week, I can say it absolutely holds up. The visuals, comedy, and story are near perfect and comes from an era of Disney that seemed to start a shift into better cultural representation and on-screen diversity. Although this movie is not perfect, such as the casting having a lack of actual native-Alaskans. I believe it is a big step up from their previous movies with depictions of Native Americans, such as Pocahontas and especially from Peter Pan. And although Brother Bear and other Disney movies may not be the best showcase of a culture's way of life, it is still important to realize the wide reach Disney has and how that can help people learn about about these different groups of people....

    <title>New Media Review: Rocko's Modern Life</title>
    <description>
		I remember watching Rocko's Modern Life as a kid in the 2000s when it would come on late at night. I quite enjoyed it then, but still consider this as a first watchthrough, even though I can recall watching this much more than shows like Ren &amp; Stimpy or The Angry Beavers. I even remember catching the famous scene where Rocko works at the Phone Sex Hotline and Mrs. Bighead being on the other end.There was even the "Chokey Chicken" restaraunt that they frequented. This show was another show that was more mature than you may imagine for a kids/family channel. This to me helps shows hold up much better if you had watched them as kids, as you get to experience and catch on to so many jokes that you would have missed when you were younger...

    <title>New Weekly Song: "De Futura" by Magma</title>
    <description>
     Y'all like Prog? An old friend showed me this band back in highschool and thought it was such a neat song, especially with how the band created their own language. I got reminded of it when talking about Prog Rock with a friend's fiance. The song gets weird(er) at times, but is always backed by some awesome drumming &amp; percussion by multiple members of the group.

    <description>
		"Dedicated to the preservation of early recorded sounds". I love music, and media preservation (hoarding), so I got really excited when I came across this site. This site has all kinds of photos and audio clips of super early audio recordings - like ones on wax cylinders from the 19th century! You should definitely check this site out if you have any interest in old multimedia formats!

    <title>New Media Review: The Angry Beavers</title>
    <description>
		Although I remember watching an episode or two of this as a kid, I would not have been able to tell you anything about this show. I really did enjoy it through my first watch-through; if I saw Nick was airing re-runs, I would probably tune in to catch an episode or two. What I could not get over, in a good way, was the voices of Zim from Invader Zim and Salem the Cat from Sabrina, the Teenage Witch being the two main Beaver brothers. These voices together made the dialogue so much funnier to me, thinking of an evil cat and alien arguing back and forth rather than beavers....

    <title>New Weekly Song: "Drunken Sailer" performed by Irish Rovers</title>
    <description>
     The opening theme from one of my favourite anime (I always use Konachan as a profile picture)! I've rewatched this show at least three separate times, and may need to do it again for my Media Reviews. Whenever I do watch this show - I never skip its opening! If you haven't seen it before, I highly recommend it; as it used to, and arguably still does, have a large significance on the internet in the 2000s.

    <description>
		If you could not tell by the presence of my Spongebob shrine, it is my favourite Nicktoon and my favourite show all together! I grew up watching the show and playing a bunch of Spongebob video games. I am actually starting to collect all the other games that I did not get to play as a kid - hope to review those in the future! I've just finished watching Angry Beavers and that was a hilarious show (review coming soon for that as well).

		Created a simple unit converter to go from one value to another. Currently only has distance as an option, but plan to add others like Temperature, Volume, Mass, Time, and maybe a couple others if I can think of any. Looking for any feedback since this one was a bit more technical, and am not too sure how accurate it is. Hope you find it useful or fun!

    <description>
     This was the song my dad suggested when I asked if he had a recommendation for this week's song; he also said he got to see them in concert! I remember me and my sister always trying to sing (scream) to try and match Steven Tyler's vocals, and choking with laughter. It would be awesome to be able to see such a legendary band as this one live, but I'm sure the tickets can be quite pricey.

    <title>New Media Review: Aaahh!!! Real Monsters</title>
    <description>
		Like with Ren &amp; Stimpy, Aaahh!!! Real Monsters was not a show that I remember watching too much when I was younger. I remember seeing it on a few times, and recognize the main characters quite well - but would not have been able to tell you anything about the character's personalities or any plot to an episode. Being from the Klasky Csupo, the same studio behind Rugrats and Rocket Power, the art style is instantly recognizable to me...

    <title>New Bi-Weekly Poll: What is Your Favourite 90s Nicktoon?</title>
    <description>
		I was debating between Pop and Rock with this last poll. Pop music is made to be catchy and enjoyable, and there's many great pop artist that I could listen to for weeks on end, but I had to go with Rock. I feel like there's a bit more musical variety within the genre. This question could be really tough with the limited genres I have listed (is Metal not a subgenre of Rock?), and I wish I listed a few more like Jazz. However, I am unsure if it would make a difference with so many people having voted for Electronic music, which surprised me quite a bit.

    <title>New Weekly Song: "Caramelldansen" by Caramella Girls</title>
    <description>
     Being a Swedish song, this was obviously widely assocaited with anime / internet culture in the 2000s, once it was 'nightcored' with this version several years after the original. I remember staying up late playing online games and listening to songs like this one (nothing has changed in 20 years). I think it is a little funny that Caramella Girls are still making music many years after Caramell, the original group, stopped performing.

    <title>New Weekly Song: "Children [Dream Version]" by Robert Miles</title>
    <description>
     I snuck a peak at the Bi-Weekly Poll and saw a couple people already voted for Electronic music. I like to listen the genre every now and then, but usually have to be in the right mood for it. I think I like listening to more Eurobeat / Eurodance type of Electornic music. Although I'm not sure if this song is technically under one of those genres (the artist is Italian), but it always gets played when I want to put on some music with Big Bets and Sick Synths. And I totally wasn't a day late with the update again.

    <title>New Bi-Weekly Poll: If You Could Only Listen to One Music Genre</title>
    <description>
		Apologies for the extra week on this poll, I have been busy with Real Life work, but should be on a regular schedule again soon. If you have checked out my recipes page, then it is probably no surprise that I went with French Toast for my vote. It was my favourite, special breakfast growing up and even today. It is rather simple to make but gives you something warm, crispy, fluffy, and sweet and cinnamony It's also versatile with the toppings - powder sugar, fruit, or syrup. With as many options as this poll had, I'm surprised that so many people went with Waffles, although they are one of my favourites as well (and I even have them more often than French Toast).

    <title>New Media Review: Ren &amp; Stimpy</title>
    <description>
		Moving back away from the 2000s and into the 90s again, I recently watched The Ren &amp; Stimpy Show. This is one of the other original Nicktoons, alongside Rugrats and Doug - which I remember both much more fondly than Ren &amp; Stimpy. Infact, I did not watch Ren &amp; Stimpy much as a kid. Having watched through the entire show for the first time, I am quite surprised this was one of the shows accepted by Nickelodeon at the time, even if they were desperate for something unique or groundbreaking - which the show was...

     A Friend recommended this one to me. I have not seen this Ghost In The Shell show; I've actually only seen the original movie. I really enjoy the hyperpop aesthetic on the video, and how it dulled out as the music got calmer and the singer's voice quieter, then more colorful once it came back in full force! I have been wanting to playthrough the original game for PS1, but may do that after rewatching the movie.

I would be interested in seeing what songs are being Nightcored today (we need more Anime Girls on thumbnails again!) as it seems there has been a resurgence in people listening to the genre. <description>
		New Poll this Week! "Pick a Sweet Breakfast Item". For last week's poll, I picked 'Reptiles / Amphibians' as the pet I wish I had. I have always wanted a Bearded Dragon or Water Dragon as a pet. Even Frogs or Turtles would be awesome to have around. I have owned a dog, several fish, and we've also had some hamster and a rabbit before. But we have never had any reptiles, amphibians, or birds as pets. We also never technically had a pet cat, but there would be ones that would hang around and be friendly. Very cool to see the wide variety of answers on this poll, although am a bit surprised nobody wanted a fish as a pet!

		New Poll this Week! "Which Animal Would You Want As a Pet?". For last week's poll, I picked 'Watching Shows / Movies' as my usual pastime. I went with watching shows as my vote this poll, although this is defintely something that changes from time to time. But you lot are a bunch of DORKS! I expected some people to vote for playing video games, but over 70% of you voted for that option. I did have an afterthought of including 'Surfing the Web' as an option, which makes me wonder if that would have affected the poll results much.

I absolutely loved playing the video game crossovers with these characters, and it is unfortunate that Danny seems to have gotten a considerably less amount of attention compared to these other shows. Danny Phantom has a near identical art-style of The Fairly OddParents, with tons of special effects and a great developing story that was cut short in its 56 episode run....

    <title>New Weekly Site: The Video Game Museum</title>
    <description>
		Such an awesome collection of historic video game screenshots and console details - with 50 different consoles documented up to the Playstation 2 and Original Xbox. I had originally stunmbled upon this stie when I found "MrP's Castlevania Realm", which is a uniquely designed fansite with lots of info on the Castlevania games, which I've recently been playing. Give the museum a visit, as they are coming up on their 26th birthday in August, and deserve the attention for maintaining such an important part of history.

    <description>
     This is my first Salsa recipe! I had tried making it a few times before giving some out to my friends, who all seemed to enjoy it. It can be quite Garlicky, with just a little bit of heat. Feel free to adjust the amount of Garlic, Peppers, and the Consistency to make it your own!

    <title>New Weekly Song: "Warabe Uta" from The Tale of the Princess Kaguya</title>
    <description>
     I feel like not too many people talk about this movie, but it's one I was really fond of when it came out. The unique water-color art style for a Japanese folklore story fits so perfectly. This scene was one that I remember well, of course due to the song, but also how Kaguya continues the song without the other children - as a bit of foreshadowing.

    <title>New Weekly Site: Richard Nakka's Experimental Rocketry Web Site</title>
    <description>
		 This site brought back some memories from elementary school. I had a teacher that would have a rocket day for the students - where we would build our own model rockets and take turns launching them in the field at school. We were only allowed to use kits, no homemade rockets, as one student's custom rocket ended up catching a nearby field on fire. I have always wanted to get more into rocketry ever since, but have not had the opportunity to due to the fire risk where I live. Hopefully I will be able to make use of the large amount of information available on this Rocketry website by Richard Nakka, that started back in 1997 and is still updated to this day.

    <title>New Media Review: The Fairly OddParents</title>
    <description>
     I started watching this show right alongside Jimmy Neutron and, as I've mentioned on that review, The Fairly OddParents was one of the foundational shows from my childhood. Whenever I tuned into Nickelodeon, it was one of two shows, SpongeBob SquarePants, or Butch Hartman's other popular show from the era - Danny Phantom; which is the show I am watching next! It was interesting to see how unhinged The Fairly OddParents became in the later seasons, which is a detail that started to grow on me the more wild episodes got...

    <title>New Weekly Song: "Be my Escape" by Relient K</title>
    <description>
     This song was on a random video that I saw this morning, and it has been stuck in my head all day. I hadn't heard this on for quite a few motnhs, so was excited to be reminded of it. Relient K is a Christian Pop-Punk group from Ohio formed in 1998, and are still together. I had not known they were a Christian group before writing this, and it definitely changes the meaning of the song for me. And just to note, as I've done before, this video is a whopping 19 years old on YouTube ( &#x02F6;&#x00B0;&#x3141;&#x00B0;) !!

    <title>New Bi-Weekly Poll: How Do You Spend Your Free Time?</title>
    <description>
		New Poll this Week! "How Do You Spend Your Free Time?". For last week's poll, I picked 'Hockey' as my favourite team sport. Excited to see another person voting for Hockey as well. I don't watch sports much, at leat on TV, but enjoy Hockey a lot for its constant motion and frequent fights. I also remember going to a local game when I was a kid, which likely helped keep my interest in the sport my entire life. I was a bit surprised to see the most votes going to Basketball, and even more surprised that there wasn't any votes for Baseball.

    <description>
		 "The online encyclopedia of writing systems &amp; languages". This site has been online since 1998 and is still updated! Although I am only fluent in English (and having studied German for a few years), I am intersted in langauges and how they evolve over time and how words are shared across cultures. I frequently will look up the etymology for words to see what language a word originated from; so this site captured my interest immediately. I spent quite a while going through learning about old scripts that are no longer in use and viewing the countless other resources avaialble.

    <title>New Weekly Song: "Madness" by Deltron 3030</title>
    <description>
     I was watching a video on YouTube that had recommended this Album (also titled Deltron 3030) and had to give it a listen and was glad I did! The album is a no-skip for me, and an enjoyment to playthrough from start to end. You may also recognize the voice and flow of Del the Funky Homosapien as the same person who is featured on a few Gorillaz songs, like "Clint Eastwood". It was difficult deciding which song to pick from this album, but went with Madness for its notable sample of the classic song, "Of Cities and Escapes" by The Poppy Family.

There are some really beautiful spoons in this collection, as well as some rather interestingly unique spoons; you can easily spend over an hour going through them all. Maybe one day I will get a hold of a few fancy spoons for my own house.

    <title>New Media Review - Jimmy Neutron </title>
    <description>
		 This was one of my most-watched shows a child, alongside SpongeBob SquarePants and The Fairly OddParents. I remember this show being really good, but after this re-watch I could not even say anything negative about a single episode. Truly a 5/5 show in my opinion. I have also recently discovered that this show was intended to have a fourth season, but got canceled before airing. Here's to hoping the show comes back in the near future, which seems to be a possibility!...

     One of the catchiest songs I've picked for a weekly song so far. Nine Days has been around since '94 but this song came out in 2000. Totally another song from my childhood, but I picked this one out as it was the Credit Song on the last episode of Daria which I had just finished earlier this week. This band started in 1990 in Illinois, and you can certainly hear that era's sound come through in this song. This song being so repetitive fits in with its lyrics and the theme of getting stuck in rut. Another good song to listen to on your way to work. Keep it copacetic, or don't.

		Hundreds of pictures of payphones from all kinds of places. It looks like most of these would be in working condition as well. I have the remnants of at least one payphone in my town. Will payphones ever make a 'comeback'? I see them like a public-service, and should be more commonplace even today - sometimes you just don't have a cell phone or reception!

    <title>Site Update: Domain Change, Shrine Upgrade, Updating Games</title>
    <description>
      I bought a domain! The site is now pieceofthepie.online. Hoping this makes it look a little more appealing if it comes up in a search. Still hosted on Neocties! I've also updated the SpongeBob shrine to a full site, and plan to do that for Kingdom Hearts, as well as create a few new ones. Finally, I'm making a few Quality of Life changes to some of games. I made fonts in Hangman a lot bigger, and currently working making the buttons in Pattern Match display the expected pattern. Stay tuned for more updates!

    <title>New Weekly Site: Micro Machines Museums</title>
    <description>
		A really cool collection of different 'micro machines'. This site is a huge collection of different vehicles and the like, from Cars to Aircraft to Trains including entries from various sources like different Movies or speciality sets (I enjoy the Ship in a Bottle page that includes Aircraft Carriers in little bottles). The site isn't updated too frequently, but appears to still be adding entries every couple of years.

    <title>New Weekly Song: "Fire Water Burn" by Bloodhound Gang</title>
    <description>
      I started watching Daria recently and this song played towards the end of one of the first episodes. It was very faint but I could still recognize it, and it's been stuck in my head since. I was actually listening to this while at work a couple of months ago. A great song that is fitting for today's world, or at least mine.

      Tried to create a Time Zone converter that can take a Date-Time from Time Zone and convert it to another, or vice-versa. Was having some trouble with the input datetime-local fields, so just using datetime which may be unsupported. Will require a pretty specific formatting due to that, but it was the only way I could get it working 'good enough'. Let me know if you have any suggestions on making this one nicer!

      The quintessential sports game song! If you've ever been to a live sporting event, you have likely heard this song player or the crowd chanting it. Guranteed to get you going! <description>
      Feels like there's been a good amount of changes the past couple days, but most may not be super prominent. For starters, I added a review of Drake &amp; Josh to the Media Review section along with some icons along with a guide to categorize the reviews. I also added an exception to the Games, Tools, and whatever other pages were utilziing JavaScript, so those have a nice fallback. Finally, I've made some big changes to the Echo Text tool - adding a highlgiht feature, a (somewhat broken) character/word count, and an option to remove new lines.

    <title>New Weekly Song: "좋지 아니한가 Isn't That Good?" by Crying Nut</title>
    <description>
      I can't recall exactly how I came across this one, I beleive I may have found it or the artist listed on another Neocities site. A South Korean punk group from the 90s, although this song is from 2007. Hearing how the music changes as they sing the Lyrics really gives a wistful feeling from the artist.

    <title>New Weekly Site: 20kride.com</title>
    <description>
      20kride.com ~ A tribute site dedicated to the Disney World ride for 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea - an attraction that closed in 1994. Going through this site is like a time capsule into the old Disney Amusement parks. I have only been to Disneyland once in my life as a little kid, but it is interesting to see how the rides develop and get replaced throughout the years.

    <title>New Weekly Site: Rarebit</title>
    <description>
      Rarebit ~ "A free, open-source WEBCOMIC TEMPLATE". Although I have not used this personaly, I believe many artists could benefit from this. This lets you publish your comic in a way that is easy-to-access for your readers, archive your past comics, and just have more control than some platforms will allow you to have. Tons of webcomics are availble lower on the linked page. I was also able to locate This Guide on setting up Rarebit.

    <description>
      Some Changes to the site today! I have added the SpongeBob SquarePants shrnie, although this is still very much a work in progress. Several lists within the Bookshelf have been updated to have more entries along with a little introduction - more updates to other lists to come. Finally, I have expanded the Decision Maker's functionality to allow removing the choice last generated.

    <description>
      With the new changelog, an RSS feed felt appropriate. So now you can add my feed to your app of choice to get updates whenever I make (bigger) updates to my site! I will likely only make posts when New content is published, or there are other major adjustments.
