#𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗖2026 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮 𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗲. Standing on that stage reminded me of one thing. It is one thing to organize experiences. It is another thing to be the experience. Huge respect for all the speakers who own the stage with calm and rhythm. It looks effortless. It definitely is not. I had my story lined up. An opening hook connected to the AI giant before me. Thanks Xander! Checking the energy in the room. Asking who came to meet new people and who secretly chose to sit next to someone they already knew. Because yes… that is what we tend to do. 😉 Then a short pause. Three seconds. Let it land. Introduce myself, UP Events and UP Digital. And guide everyone into the icebreaking game we are building to help attendees connect faster and better at events. Reality? I went in at full speed. 🚤 Skipped the three second pause. Jumped ahead. Improvised. But.. within minutes the room was moving. People meeting new people. Conversations sparking. Laughter. New connections. 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁, 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱𝘀. Positive reactions afterwards. People surprised by who they met and the conversations they had. Real interest in how this concept could support their own events.
