World Play Day

Play Day is our annual, company-wide day where LEGO® colleagues come together to experience the power of learning through play. Across factories, offices, hubs and stores, everyone takes part in a shared moment of creativity, connection and joy.

Each year, Play Day explores a new theme, bringing fresh ways to engage, reflect and play together as one global organisation.
Beyond the fun, play strengthens how we work, building trust, encouraging experimentation and helping teams thrive.

In these episodes colleagues share the origins of Play Day, what it means to them, how it has evolved, and what it’s really like to spend a day working through play.

Minifigures. Massive Stories brings to life how LEGO colleagues experience our benefits, culture, and some of the highlights of being part of the LEGO team.

For the series we’ve teamed up with real colleagues and helped them transform into their very own LEGO Minifigures. From head and hair to body, legs, and hands, every element was carefully chosen and built together.

Once their Minifigure transformation was complete, we invited them to share their personal stories. The result is a series that’s playful with some deeply moving moments but above all, it’s their story, told from behind the bricks. Stay tuned for more in this series.
