It was great to be in Austin this week for the Alliance for Pharmacy Compounding Owner's Summit. I was honored to speak in front of nearly 400 attendees who ran the gamut from smaller pharmacies to larger ones to telehealth orgs (I like to call them "digital health platforms"). The exhibitors at the event showed the kind of change coming to the industry with lots of fascinating automation ideas. My presentation was entitled "A Roadmap to Working with Telehealth - Do's and Don'ts” covering what strong partnerships between telehealth companies and pharmacies really look like: robust due diligence, transparency, proactive communication, and compliance. The larger narrative is that the majority of compounding pharmacies are the good guys providing personalized medication to their patients and we are honored to work with them.
Telehealth + compounding pharmacy = big opportunities—if you do it right! ⚡ Norman Petty shared the dos and don’ts of successful partnerships, showing pharmacy owners how to stay compliant, build strong relationships, and benefit patients AND providers. Collaboration never looked so smart!
Strong point. Even with strong partnerships, interpretation still varies.
Yeah, that due diligence piece really can't be overlooked when these partnerships scale up. Communication becomes even trickier when you're dealing with multiple telehealth platforms at once.
Well done Norman Petty!
Appreciate your insight! Great presentation.
Noom running the same GLP‑1+psychology script again? “Custom plan, smartRx, behavior change” all sound nice, but your whole pitch screams: “We need drugs and worksheets because our app alone can’t make people lose fat for good.” Real people want body signals, not side‑effect management classes. They want energy after meals, not just logged meds. They want fat that stays gone, not a program that starts when they inject and ends when they pay. Who’s done with the jabs and still keeps fat off by listening to their body? Reply to my comment if you’d rather track real energy than weekly shots. Visit our company page and website for an app that replaces Noom logic + Noom meds.
