The title features a roster of more than 40 WWE Superstars, including fan favorites such as Cody Rhodes. Players can compete in dynamic wrestling matches while upgrading their Superstars’ abilities and statistics as they progress through the game. Looking at this year’s Boxing Week performance across our dashboard, one thing is clear. Boxing Day was the inflection point. This chart shows what actually drove results during Boxing Week and it wasn’t just traffic or discounts. Total sales spiked sharply on December 26, far above the surrounding days. This wasn’t a gradual lift or organic drift. It was a step change, signaling concentrated demand rather than a slow build. What the data shows: 1. Paid media drove the peak, not organic alone. On Boxing Day, the majority of incremental lift came from Sponsored Ads and DSP. Organic sales increased, but they don’t explain the scale of the spike on their own. 2. Sponsored Ads activated demand. DSP amplified it. Sponsored Ads spend peaked first. DSP sales followed and expanded during and after the peak. This is DSP doing exactly what it’s designed to do: supporting higher-intent shoppers once demand is activated, not trying to create demand from scratch. 3. Spend scaled without collapsing efficiency. Ad investment increased meaningfully heading into Boxing Day, yet sales scaled faster than spend. This wasn’t panic budget. It’s a signal that campaigns were structured to scale well in advance. 4. The dip before Boxing Day matters as much as the spike. Spend and sales both softened on December 23–24. That contrast reinforces the point. Performance wasn’t accidental. It was activated intentionally when demand was expected to peak. The performance takeaway is simple. Boxing Week results aren’t won in the moment. They’re earned by building scalable, well-paced media programs that can absorb demand when it hits. This chart isn’t showing a Boxing Week tactic. It’s showing the payoff of preparation.

Acclaim is back as a publisher again. Once the biggest publisher in the video game industry, Acclaim put out Mortal Kombat, NBA Jam, and Turok. They later branched into comics by acquiring Valiant Comics. But it all ended badly. In the early 2000s, Acclaim collapsed into bankruptcy after years of aggressive spending and declining returns. The revival is smaller and more cautious. No AAA ambitions. The new Acclaim is focused entirely on retro-styled indie games. One unexpected detail. The company is advised by Jeff Jarrett, co-founder of TNA Wrestling and now a business development executive with All Elite Wrestling.
