Most road trips begin with a destination in mind. Bharati Eligar’s begins with a cause, behind the wheels. Her participation in Times Women Drive, a women-only car rally created to raise awareness for breast cancer goes far beyond the thrill of the road. It’s a collective movement where women across cities come together to turn miles travelled into meaningful impact. Selected through a nationwide campaign run by The Times of India, nearly 200 women drivers take part each year, navigating multi-city rally routes across India. For Bharati, the real milestone lies in knowing that every kilometer driven contributes to awareness, access and hope to support free treatment for over 1,000 breast cancer patients at Tata Memorial Hospital. This year, she takes on the Delhi–Jaipur sector, carrying forward the same spirit. As a Program Manager at Persistent, Bharati brings a sense of navigation, collective momentum and purpose that moves people forward together. This Women’s History Month and beyond, we are spotlighting the real stories and passions shaping women’s progress at Persistent. Stay tuned! Financial services are evolving, with the real shift not toward more interfaces, but fewer. In his latest article for Retail Banker International, our Global BFSI and Europe Geo Head, Barath Narayanan, explores the move from digital to ambient banking, where AI works behind the scenes to orchestrate decisions, streamline workflows and enable more contextual, real-time experiences. Across our client engagements, this transition is already taking shape. Intelligence is increasingly built into onboarding, servicing, risk management and customer engagement, shifting from isolated use cases to integrated, enterprise-wide execution. At Persistent, we help clients bring this together through platform-led architectures, governed AI frameworks and a focus on measurable business outcomes. Read this article to explore what it takes to embed intelligence into core banking operations and deliver measurable impact: https://lnkd.in/dxPkrGyu Sunil John, Parimal Tiwari, Karan Maini, Arvindh Sampath, Rajesh S., Abhishek Khadikar, Satish Babu, Supriya Umbarkar #ReAImaginingTheWorld

The most powerful way to grow is to give first. At Persistent, we don’t see leadership as a title or an outcome. We see it in how people create space for others to rise, something Nitha Puthran, Executive Vice President at Persistent speaks about in this conversation. Mentorship. Guidance. Belief – these are not side efforts. They are the foundation of a stronger, more inclusive organization. This Women’s History Month and beyond, the idea of Give. Gain. Repeat. feels incredibly real. Every conversation, every opportunity extended, every moment of support has the potential to shape someone’s trajectory and strengthen the collective in the process. When we invest in people, the impact goes beyond individuals. We build teams that learn faster, grow stronger and thrive together. Take a moment today to give your time, your attention and your support. PS: What’s one way you’ve seen giving lead to growth, at work or beyond? #IWD2026 #GivetoGain #WomensHistoryMonth #ReAImaginingTheWorld

What if your dashboards could answer 'why', not just show 'what'? Analytics has evolved fast. From static reports ➝ interactive dashboards ➝ self‑service BI. Now, GenAI is redefining expectations. Business users don’t just want data – they want context, conversation and clarity. Ask why something happened, get context instantly and move from insight to action. Dashboards aren’t going away. They are evolving into gateways for: • AI‑driven explanations • Natural‑language questions • Predictive and prescriptive insights embedded where work happens. As BI migrations scale from hundreds to thousands of assets, GenAI‑led modernization becomes a real advantage, enabled by approaches like Persistent’s iAURA BI Migrate + Rationalization Accelerator. Some people treat AI like a shortcut. Varsha Garg treats it like a responsibility. Because when you’re building faster in the AI space, you’re also deciding what gets carried forward: the habits you reinforce, the assumptions you inherit, the blind spots you decide to question. As a Project Lead working in Capital Markets, Varsha uses tools like GitHub Copilot to accelerate application development while building and demonstrating innovative solutions for clients. But what makes her stand out isn’t speed alone. It’s the intention behind it: the steady insistence that technology should serve people, not impress them. That’s exactly why #SheShapesAI exists: to spotlight women who are shaping how AI is designed, governed and applied, with a focus on leadership visibility and human-centric outcomes. Varsha’s journey is proof that the future of AI won’t just be more intelligent. It’ll be more thoughtful, because women like her are shaping it that way. PS: When you think about AI at work, what matters more to you: speed, or trust? #WomenInTech #SheShapesAI #ReAImaginingTheWorld Anand Deshpande, Sandeep Kalra, Vinit Teredesai, Anand Krishnan, Barath Narayanan S S, Chitra Byregowda, Debashis Singh, Dr. Rajesh Gharpure, Ganesh Nathella, Hari Abhyankar, Jaideep Vijay Dhok, Kuljesh Puri, Mukesh Agarwal, Nitha Puthran, Nitish Shrivastava, Padmanabhan V, Rahul Shrivastava, Rajiv Naithani, Ruchi Kulhari, Shimona Chadha, Saurabh Dwivedi, Tom Klein

Before sunrise knew her name, Kimberly was already awake. Walking through the dark. Toward the pool. Ready by 5:15 a.m. She was nine when swimming taught her what effort really looked like. Thirteen years of early mornings, sore shoulders and relentless practice followed. - Lap after lap. - Stroke after stroke. - Discipline earned the slow, unforgiving way. By high school, her work left an imprint: a relay record that still stands strong, twenty years later. College asked for more: longer hours, heavier lifts, deeper resolve. Leadership was built silently, in moments no one applauded. She finished not just as an athlete, but as a captain. That same rhythm shows up in her role at Persistent today, as an Advisory Relations Head – showing up prepared, staying consistent and building trust over time. At Persistent, Women’s History Month isn’t about a single day or a single story. It’s about the habits that shape who we become: giving generously, gaining steadily and repeating the cycle, so growth travels forward. PS: What’s one habit / practice from your past that still carries you forward? #IWD2026 #GiveToGain #WomensHistoryMonth #ReAImaginingTheWorld Anand Deshpande, Sandeep Kalra, Vinit Teredesai, Sonali Deshpande, Anand Krishnan, Barath Narayanan S S, Chitra Byregowda, Debashis Singh, Dr. Rajesh Gharpure, Ganesh Nathella, Hari Abhyankar, Jaideep Vijay Dhok, Kuljesh Puri, Mukesh Agarwal, Nitha Puthran, Nitish Shrivastava, Padmanabhan V, Rahul Shrivastava, Rajiv Naithani, Ruchi Kulhari, Shimona Chadha, Saurabh Dwivedi, Tom Klein

In UK retail, customers don’t expect perfection. They expect honesty. If your website promises delivery on Tuesday, it has to be true. When it isn’t, trust drops fast and is hard to rebuild. For many retailers, the gap isn’t ambition. It’s systems not built to make real time promises across stores, DCs and delivery partners. That’s where Fluent Commerce and Persistent come in. Fluent brings real time order and inventory intelligence. Persistent connects it across complex UK estates, legacy platforms included, without disruption. The result: • Clear stock visibility • Reliable delivery and click and collect dates • Fewer cancellations and workarounds • Fulfilment that holds up during peak Add intelligent decisioning and fulfilment becomes more predictable and easier to run. If your storefront is overpromising, it’s time to fix the foundation. Turn promises into performance. See how: https://lnkd.in/dGsxVhDD Brij Gupta Kathir Kathiresan Sonali Bora #ReAImaginingTheWorld
