Being vendor agnostic means the HRx Collective is built for HR leaders, not for vendors.
In many communities, vendors and promotions slowly dilute the quality of the conversations. Discussions become guarded, people hold back, and sessions start to feel like disguised sales calls instead of honest peer exchange.
That’s why in the HRx Collective:
- Vendors do not participate in our sessions
- There are no sales pitches or product promotions
- Research and insights are carefully curated to avoid promoting specific solutions

Yes. HRx Collective is currently a fully online community.
This is intentional. By being fully online, we remove the time, cost, and logistical burden of travel, accommodation, and full-day offsites. Instead of spending budget and energy on flights and venues, we focus it on what actually matters: high-quality discussions, curated insights, and meaningful peer exchange.
It also allows us to bring together senior HR leaders from across the globe in a flexible and accessible format, making every session easier to attend and easier to prioritize.
Depending on member interest, we may explore in-person gatherings in the future.
No. Membership is selective.
We apply strict criteria to ensure the community consists of senior HR executives who can both contribute meaningfully and benefit from peer-level dialogue. Our goal is to maintain a trusted environment of equals.
The level of engagement is up to you.
- One live 60-minute session per month
- 30 - 60 minutes of curated materials to review per session
- Optional peer discussions based on your interest and availability
- A monthly executive briefing to keep you up to date with what is happening in HR
If you are unable to attend live, all sessions are recorded and available on our private platform. We do expect you to contribute to the dialogue, and you can do so either during the sessions or at your own discretion on the community platform.
Live sessions are hosted in Central European Time (CET), typically in the afternoon CET to align with morning Eastern Time (ET).
This timing allows us to accommodate members across Asia, Europe, Africa, and the Americas as effectively as possible. And for those who cannot attend live, recordings are always available

Yes. Fees are geography and currency-dependent and discussed during our intake call.
The fee reflects the premium, curated nature of the community and the quality of insights, facilitation, and peer access provided.
Prospective members are invited to attend a guest session.
