The connection between Diana and Hugh is one of the most wholesome and heartfelt parts of Pragmata. Their dynamic is one of the best we’ve seen in gaming, especially when it comes to a parental figure and child. Throughout this adventure, the pair will find what they call Read Earth Memories (REMs for short), and each one will unlock new interactions with Diana.

There are some surprisingly well-hidden REMS in each sector, but thankfully we know where each is. This guide will help you find all sixteen. Thankfully, you’re able to come back to each sector, so even if you miss one, you can get it at another time.

Pragmata Boss Fight Running
Review: Pragmata

After five long years, we finally get Capcom's newest space epic.

By

The Globe

The first one you get is just outright impossible to miss, as you will come across someone’s quarters and a hologram globe. This will trigger a cutscene that will introduce you to the concept of REMs.

Crayons

The next REM can be a bit trickier to find. Continue along the path until you get to an ominous looking room with a red indicator to hack in the middle. This will be an elevator. Before entering this room, take a left and up the rail to the top. There will be a fake wall to your left. Open it and in this room there will be some crayons for Diana to play with.

Sector 02: Mass Production Array

Basketball

The first REM that can be found in the second sector is in the shopping district. When you get to the section where robots are trying to jump scare you, acting like mannequins, you know you’re in the right place. Just past the mannequins and a strangely parked bus, turn the corner to enter a new room. Don’t go in here, instead turn around to find a small area behind some boxes. Jump over to collect the basketball.

Slide

In the Side Alley, you will find a track that you can ride to get up to the roof of a building. You might need to unlock this, so simply maneuver up until you come across a Safe Box. Jump behind the Safe Box and on the other side of the fence to find the Slide REM behind a tree.

CRT TV

This one is also very hard to miss as it’s directly on the path you need to go to progress the story. When you reach the circular room with lasers below, there will be a REM right in the middle of the room.

Skateboard

While the Skateboard is located in the Business District, you will have to come back for it when Diana learns the ability to destroy ill-formed Lunafilament. Once you have this, head on over to the Business District and take the rail upward to a walkway. You will come across some Lunafilament blocking your way. Destroy it and progress to a decently complicated puzzle where the REM is located at the top.

Sector 03: Terra Dome

Balloons

As soon as you enter the Echo Modeling Lab, you will go down a flight of stairs and encounter a robot with a fancy circular hat. Run past him and instead of going into the building to the left (which is locked), turn right to find a standard bot and the Balloons REM for Diana.

RC Car

In the same Echo Model Lab area as the Ballons, turn around and head towards the linear pathway. You will immediately spot the REM behind glass, but the door is locked. Progress up the staircase, taking care of any enemies, and when you get to a larger enemy who pops out of the floor, jump down to the left. You will notice a small platform with one regular bot on it. Jump down onto here and break the deformed Lunafilament. Behind here is some lasers to dodge, and it wraps around back to the locked doorway and the REM.

Flowers

Once you’ve completed the two tasks in the Terra Dome, the elevator near the Terra Dome Entrance will be unlocked. You probably will notice a REM on a ledge while taking the elevator up. When you get to the top, hop down onto the vines below and you’ll be able to float and dash to the REM no problem.

Swing

Eventually, you’ll get to a worker’s quarter with a recorded message to play. On the other side of the glass, you will notice the REM taunting you. Head forward and instead of heading down into the obvious enemy trap, immediately turn left upon entering the room. You will need to destroy the ugly Lunafilament and follow this path. It will eventually take you to a small drop into the room where you can collect the REM and a nicely hidden Mini-Cabin.

Sector 04: Lunum Mines

Campfire

After you come across your first Luna Digger, get across the small gap and into the next building. Climb the stairs and back out, there will be a bot firing missiles at you. Take care of the bot and hop across the gap. Climb up the staircase and halfway up, drop to collect the REM before continuing on your path.

Bug Net

After coming into the Warehouse, you will unlock a shortcut and around the corner you will find the REM. Unfortunately, it’s behind some glass, so you just need to do some puzzle solving. Move the container next to it forward twice, then the next container forward, as well. Hop on the container to the right and move the big red one away. All you have to do is jump down to collect the REM.

Tent

After a cutscene talking about Earth, your next destination will be inside the building to your right. Before doing this, there will be a container to the left of the entrance, and the wall is broken for you to hop over. Jump over to collect the Tent.

Sector 06: Central Port

Parasol

After taking the tram across the port, continue forward until you go down a flight of stairs and have to deal with infected Lunafilament robots. Jump across, and when you’re on the other side, turn around. Jump across some platforms to the right and in the corner will be a doorway where you can find the Parasol.

Water Gun

When you need to “Cleanse the filament at its source”, head to the right pathway past a number of lasers. You will then enter a room with a lot of broken platforms and a very small puzzle to solve to open the door on the other side. When you jump down, look to the left to find a robot coming out of the ground. In the small area to the left of it will be a fake wall. Open it to find upgrade materials, a journal and, of course, the REM.

Sandcastle

The final REM that can be found is almost impossible to miss as it’s part of the main pathway in the Lunafilament Lab.
