The Varsh Ko'kuu's Boots is a Uncommon set of Boots found in Baldur’s Gate 3.
An enormous storm was raging the first time Yrre the Sparkstruck left the Underdark. The deep gnome's interest in lightning at once became an all-consuming obsession, and they would spend the rest of their years trying to recreate that storm's power themselves.
Boots are a type of equipment that can be worn to gain benefits, spells, abilities or just to keep your feet warm and safe. They can also be dyed to suit your tastes from the range of dyes available throughout the game.

- You can earn these by persuading Varsh Ko'kuu in the Gith Hatchery, at Crèche Y'llek. Alternatively, you can kill him and take them from his corpse.
