Where to Get The Joltshooter in Baldur's Gate 3

The Joltshooter can be found in Waukeen's Rest of the Risen Road Region. Specifically, it's an optional quest reward for completing "Rescue the Grand Duke." This quest can be started during Act 1 when approaching Waukeem's Rest and is part of the main storyline. The optional aspect comes into play with the reward selection.
