Protection from Evil and Good is a Abjuration Level 1 spell found in Baldur's Gate 3.
Class and Race Restrictions
Protection from Evil and Good can only be used by the following classes / subclasses:
- Fighter (Eldritch Knight subclass)
- Warlock
- Rogue (Arcane Trickster subclass)
- Wizard
- Cleric
- Paladin (All Paladins have access, Oath of Devotion always prepared)
- Ranger (When you choose Keeper of the Veil as your Favoured Enemy, recharges on a Long Rest)
You can also learn this Spell by selecting the following Feats:
- Magic Initiate: Warlock
- Magic Initiate: Wizard
- Magic Initiate: Cleric
Equipping
The Ever-Seeing Eye allows you to cast this spell once per Short Rest.
Additional information about Protection from Evil and Good
You are not immune to the Charm Condition while under the effects of this spell, however the Frightened and Possession immunity is against any source, not just the creature types mentioned in the spell description.
This also prevents the negative effects of the Part of the Flock Debuff applied by the
Whispering Mask.
