Ne'er Misser Features

The Ne'er Misser has the following features:

• Piercing Shot - Shoot an enemy for +2 piercing damage with the chance to inflict Gaping Wounds (does not affect Undead/Constructs)
• Mobile Shot - Make a Ranged Attack while moving. Must have Dashed or Disengaged this turn.
• Magic Missile (Level 3) - Create 5 darts of magical force, each dealing 1d4+1 force damage to an enemy. These darts never miss, and each can be assigned individually.
