The Ilmater's Aid is an Uncommon Amulet found in Baldur's Gate 3.
Named for the god of the Martyrs, this amulet seems to shine in the presence of the wearer's blood.
Amulets are items that can provide a benefit of some sort when equipped. They can grant spells, abilities or even just be sold for a profit. Keep a few handy for those fights where the odds seem overwhelming, and you might be surprised at what you can achieve.

Strength in Suffering - Non-Cantrip spells deal an additional 1d4 Force damage when the wearer drops to half their hit points or lower.
