Sony has revealed the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog lineup for April 2026, with Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered, The Crew Motorfest, Football Manager 26 Console, and Warriors: Abyss leading this month’s additions. The new Game Catalog titles will be available on April 21.

For anyone who does not keep up with the service too closely, the Game Catalog is separate from the regular monthly games: it is part of PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium, while Premium also gets access to additional classics and legacy titles. This month, that extra Premium-only addition is Wild Arms 4.

PlayStation Plus Game Catalog for April 2026

  • The Crew Motorfest — Ubisoft’s open-world racing game takes players to a Hawaii-inspired setting packed with city streets, rainforest trails, mountain roads, and volcanic slopes. Sony is pitching it as a broad car-culture sandbox with hundreds of vehicles, themed events, and both solo and crew-based play.
  • Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered — This is the enhanced version of Guerrilla’s acclaimed sci-fi action RPG, with Sony highlighting upgraded visuals and feature improvements. On PS5, subscribers get the remaster itself, while PS4 players will instead be able to download Horizon Zero Dawn Complete Edition.
  • Football Manager 26 Console — Sports Interactive’s management sim is being framed as the series’ richest Match Day experience yet, with upgraded visuals, fresh motion capture, improved cutscenes, and the Premier League fully licensed for the first time. This one is PS5 only.
  • Warriors: Abyss — Koei Tecmo’s action roguelite mixes the Musou formula with a hell-themed structure built around repeated runs, huge enemy hordes, and over 100 heroes to recruit and combine into different party setups.
  • Squirrel with a Gun — Probably the oddest game in the lineup, this sandbox shooter and puzzle platformer stars an armed squirrel causing chaos while chasing golden acorns, escaping a secret facility, and fighting off agents.
  • The Casting of Frank Stone — This is the Supermassive horror game set in the Dead by Daylight universe. Sony’s description leans into its branching narrative, character-driven choices, and the long shadow of Frank Stone’s violent past over Cedar Hills.
  • Monster Train — A roguelike deckbuilder with a strong strategy hook, since players have to defend three vertical battlefields at once while protecting the final pyre. The game also brings six clans, hundreds of cards, and a lot of replay value through its run-based structure.

PlayStation Plus Premium Gets Wild Arms 4

For PlayStation Plus Premium subscribers, the extra retro addition this month is Wild Arms 4. Sony describes it as the PlayStation 2 JRPG returning with modern extras like up-rendering, rewind, quick save, and custom video filters, which is pretty much the standard Premium treatment for older catalog titles at this point.

The Monthly Games Were Revealed Earlier This Month

The catalogue is separate from the PlayStation Plus Monthly Games Sony revealed on April 1. Those are the titles available to all PlayStation Plus members, and for April they are Lords of the Fallen, Tomb Raider I-III Remastered, and Sword Art Online Fractured Daydream. Sony says those monthly games became playable on April 7 and remain available to claim until May 4.

So if you are looking at PlayStation Plus this month, there are really two different tiers to keep in mind: the earlier monthly games drop for all subscribers, and now the April 21 Game Catalog update for Extra and Premium members. For the higher tiers, Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered is probably the biggest draw, but there is a decent spread of genres here depending on whether you want racing, RPGs, horror, or strategy.
