Elden Ring Euporia Build - Equipment
So let's start by taking a general look at the Euporia weapon. This is a twin blade that weighs 8.5, which ties it for the heaviest twin blade in the game, along with the Gargoyle's Twinblade. This weapon looks quite similar to those weapons. It deals physical and holy damage, and scales with strength, dexterity, and faith, just like those weapons as well, making it likely that the Gargoyle's weapons were modeled after this weapon or vice versa.
This weapon scales much better with faith than with either strength or dexterity. So, if you're trying to get max attack power out of this weapon at lower levels, you should just meet the requirements for strength and dexterity and then focus on increasing faith. The great thing about having high faith scaling is that it allows you to use this weapon and pair it with a seal in order to cast incantations that have high faith requirements and cast them effectively since you'll be investing a lot of points into faith.

Now, I haven't showcased incantations with this specific build because you can use whatever incantations you want. I wanted to showcase how to use this weapon more effectively rather than focusing on spells. So, whatever spells you like that have faith requirements can be used for this build. I do have Golden Vow here since it makes sense to buff our melee damage, but otherwise, use whatever incantations you prefer that have predominantly faith requirements.
Next, let's take a look at the weapon skill, Euporia Vortex. This skill takes about a second to wind up the blade, and then it starts spinning as you walk forward, hitting repeatedly. This reminds you of Spinning Weapon, or if you're familiar with the Godskin Apostle boss fight, that boss tends to use a similar attack. This weapon skill is rather expensive at 28 FP. It's one of the most expensive weapon skills in Elden Ring.
It deals okay damage, but there's a kicker. This weapon has a special property where if you attack repeatedly within a short period, roughly 10 seconds, and hit about seven times when two-handing, your blades will start to glow. This doesn't count if you're hitting undead enemies or enemies that are already dead. When your blades glow, you'll have 35 flat holy damage added to your weapon for about 15 seconds. Additionally, your Euporia Vortex will be charged up, dealing about 25% more damage in my testing and shooting a beam that can hit enemies at range. Using this charged Euporia Vortex will drain the charge from the weapon, removing the extra holy damage and returning it to normal.
The strategy with this weapon is to charge it up until the blades glow, then use the weapon skill within the 15-second window, and repeat this process. There's a higher tier of this buff if you hit even more times in the 10-second window, roughly 14 hits, giving you 70 holy damage added to your weapon. When you use Euporia Vortex with this higher tier, it lasts longer and deals more damage. However, achieving this higher tier is difficult, often requiring you to hit multiple enemies simultaneously.
In essence, you want to attack rapidly with this weapon to charge it up, then find the opportune moment to use Euporia Vortex within the 15-second window. I've used the two-handed version of this weapon for fast attacks, not only to build up the charge but also because Rotten Winged Sword Insignia, one of our talismans, builds up more quickly with rapid hits, regardless of each attack's damage. This allows for quick damage increases from Rotten Winged Sword Insignia.

For my Sacred Seal, I use the Erdtree Seal because of my high faith. With 70 faith and plans to reach 80, this seal effectively casts spells. This build can use almost any incantation with high faith scaling.

Armor-wise, I use the Divine Bird set for its good poise (over 51 natively), decent protection, and stylish look. This armor complements the weapon well. Having 51 poise is almost a must for this build because you need to play hyper-aggressively to charge up Euporia Vortex. Trading damage is inevitable, so high protection and at least 51 poise are crucial.
When I started with this build, I tried using the Divine Bird Feathers incantation because the helm of this armor boosts its damage and provides some strength and dexterity. However, the helm reduces the effectiveness of replenishing flasks. Unfortunately, this incantation underperforms, providing low damage for its high FP and stamina cost. I'm hoping for a buff to this spell in the future, which could make it a viable addition to this build.
Elden Ring Euporia Build - Talismans
So, talisman-wise, there are a couple of ways you can go, and I'll show you how I'm set up and explain why, but you can certainly do it other ways.

First of all, I have the Two-Handed Sword Talisman. This is a new talisman. Since we are playing two-handed, it increases the damage of basically all of your attacks, except your weapon skill. We use our regular attacks, running attacks, and jumping attacks far more than our weapon skill in this build, so this talisman just stays.

Secondly, I have the Two-Headed Turtle Talisman, which is a must for this build because you are attacking as rapidly as you can, as often as you can, dodging, attacking, and dodging over and over. You almost never want to cease, so having as much stamina recovery as you can is ideal.

Then, I have Rotten Winged Sword Insignia, which increases your attack power as you attack rapidly. Even just one or two swings of this weapon will start triggering this effect with every enemy you face. You're going to have this buff up a lot when you're playing this build. You could make a case for using Crusade Insignia instead if you prefer, because you just need to kill an enemy to get a buff for a bit of time, then kill the next enemy, and so on.
However, I really like that Rotten Winged Sword Insignia will trigger all the time on any enemy you're facing. For instance, if you come upon a Black Knight that's all by itself and you don't have your buff from Crusade Insignia because you haven't killed anything in a while, you'll still get extra damage from Rotten Wing Sword Insignia. Obviously, during boss fights, Crusade Insignia is not as useful.

Lastly, I have the Dragoncrest Greatshield Talisman for extra physical protection. We have a pretty good armor set, we have protection from Golden Vow, and we have extra protection from this talisman. This allows you to trade damage and not die. With plus seven Scadutree Fragments you can see how little damage you'll be taking, and as you get even more Scadutree Fragments, you'll have even higher protection. You might be able to sub this one out later on.

Other talismans you can use for this build include the Shard of Alexander, which will increase Euporia Vortex's damage. However, I find it very situational because you ideally want to use it when it's charged up. It's very expensive, so you can't just use it willy-nilly. It has a long animation, so it's hard to use if you're surrounded by enemies because you can get interrupted.
It's also hard to use in boss fights regularly because you have to find an opening to get the timing down. I find that getting my attack power boosted with Rotten Wing Sword Insignia and then using Euporia Vortex results in similar or better damage than using Shard of Alexander, while still increasing my regular attack damage. So, overall, I think it's better.

Another good candidate for this build is the Lacerating Crossed-Tree Talisman, which increases your dash attacks by 15 percent. You're constantly doing dash attacks with this weapon to slide into your combos and start them off. You'll do this against a lot of bosses and hard-to-kill enemies, and you'll initiate combat because you're super aggressive. So consider using this one if you don't have other talismans or if you can get away without using the Dragoncrest Greatshield Talisman. It's also a good one to use.
Elden Ring Euporia Build - Attributes Distribution
So stat-wise for this build, I have 55 Vigor, 30 Mind, 25 Endurance, 16 Strength, 16 Dexterity, 16 Intelligence, 70 Faith, and 9 Arcane. You don't need any intelligence or arcane for this build; disregard those stats because I was an Astrologer, so I couldn't get them lower than that.
Strength and Dexterity are simply enough to meet the requirements for this weapon, with most of our points going into Faith. This not only maximizes the attack power of the weapon at this level but also allows you to cast incantations effectively. There's no reason not to have incantations in this build.
Moving forward, you'll probably continue to increase Faith up to 80 or even higher, and then you'll want to bring Strength and Dexterity up to 50 at some point to get more damage out of the weapon. You could definitely take this into New Game Plus or New Game Plus Plus and still have lots of damage.
Endurance and Mind are a bit backwards for what I have. I think it's probably better to have 30 Endurance and 25 Mind. The reason is that you're not using Euporia Vortex as much as you think you will, so you don't need a ton of Mind. The Mind is mostly for Golden Vow so you can buff periodically, but I found after playing around with this build that you really don't need that much Mind.
You could even go down to 20 Mind because I'm not buffing with Golden Vow all that often. Having the extra Endurance will make it so you don't run out of stamina in combat and will also allow you to use a heavier armor set that gives you more protection if you want.
55 Vigor is the bare minimum here. You'll definitely want to take this up to 60 at some point since you do trade damage a lot.
Elden Ring Euporia Build - Final Tips
When it comes to the Flask of Wondrous Physick, I like a couple of things. I like the Opaline Hardtear to give yourself more protection so that you can trade damage and take less damage, and I also like the Holy-Shrouding Cracked Tear for increased Holy damage. This weapon deals about two-thirds of its damage as Holy, so you get a decent boost from that. Also, if you're casting incantations that deal Holy damage, which is what I would advise, you could get more damage out of those incantations.

If you decide to go the incantation route and want to boost your Holy spells, you could slot the Sacred Scorpion Charm to get more Holy damage. You will take more damage if you do that, but if you're planning on using Holy incantations, I think it's definitely worth considering. If you're not using Holy incantations, there are many other good talismans, and taking the damage increase penalty might not be worth it. Other good candidates are the Thorny Cracked Tear for increased attack power with repeated attacks, or Greenburst Crystal Tear, both of which are good.

When it comes to Great Runes, Malenia's is not a bad choice as it gives you health back if you attack after getting hit quickly, and since you play hyper-aggressively, that's a good one. Morgott's is also not bad for the increased health since, as I mentioned, you do tend to trade damage. Radahn's could also be used; you don't really need the FP, but the stamina and HP are good, so that would be my third choice.

So that wraps up my Divine Warrior build. I had a blast with this weapon—it's the most aggressive weapon I've played with so far. I really love that style of play where you're not afraid to trade damage to melt a boss faster and get through a boss fight quickly, sacrificing some of your health. If you like that way of playing, this is a fun build to play. As always, let us know if you have questions or other tips in the comments below. We have a ton more builds coming for Elden Ring and Shadow of the Erdtree so stay tuned for those.
