Check out what we've been up to this past month in our offices: 🎒 Kicked off the back to school season by packing 30,000 backpacks for Title I students in the Virginia Commonwealth area 📚 Stocked 600 backpacks for needy Dallas ISD students which ended up being Dallas' biggest volunteer effort yet for backpacks 🔨 Partnered with Richmond Metropolitan Habitat for Humanity* to work on the construction of a home for a local family 🍽️ Cooked meals with The Doorways, a non-profit that provides a home for patients and families receiving medical care in Richmond 🏰 Participated in the CHOC Walk, a fundraiser at Disneyland to support patients and families at Rady's Children's

Today, we completed our acquisition of Zonda, extending our proprietary data, analytics, software, and marketplace capabilities into new home construction. Serving as a leading provider of new home construction data, homebuilder software and residential real estate marketplaces, Zonda’s builder relationships and market intelligence complements our existing property information. This will significantly expand our presence into one of the largest and most important sectors of the U.S. real estate economy. Every month, our teams around the globe volunteer their time to support local organizations. From backpack drives to the UK Property Cup, here's a look at some of the events we participated in this month: 📍Hosted a Backpack Drive in Atlanta, GA where we packed 1,000 backpacks to support For the Kid in All of Us 📍Hosted a Backpack Drive in Arlington, VA where we packed 1,300 backpacks for kids in the community 📍Served meals to families and patients who need to be close to the hospital, and gave them a sense of home with Doorways in Richmond, VA 📍UK Property Cup handed over a cheque to the Bobby Moore Fund for Cancer Research following a high-quality and ultra-competitive tournament where CoStar Group employees participated in the tournament and CoStar News was the media sponsor
