Swollen Grape is a Crafting Material in Elden Ring. Swollen Grape is a brand new Crafting Material in the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC. Crafting Materials are resources that can be obtained throughout The Lands Between and used to create a wide variety of items.
An eyeball of the frenzied flame that has swollen from within. Material used for crafting items.
Exceedingly rare to find. Marked with fingerprint burns, proof of having being touched directly by the Three Fingers' embrace.
Where to find Swollen Grape in Elden Ring

AnonymousDoes it make a difference if you give these to Hyetta or not?

AnonymousThis item has no meaningful use. It does sell for quite a bit compared to most crafting materials, but all the same — don't waste your time going out of your way for these.

AnonymousSo, the 3 fingers just touches rats in it's free time? Theses grapes are from creatures that have been personally touched. Maybe the rats sneak in the fingers chambers and brush past it.

AnonymousFrom Midra's Library grace go back the way you came, the dark room to your left has lots of rats to farm for both Rune Arcs and Swollen Grapes.

AnonymousCool, so you probably eventually turn into a giant one of these guys if you do the lord of frenzy ending. Maybe that's not a bad ending after all

AnonymousHaemorrhoids be bad on these old codgers. Need more fibre in the diet and lay off the spicy vindaloo!

AnonymousWhite Shadow's Lure and Golden parry make the Aged one's easier to parry

AnonymousNot sure if all frenzied animals drop these, but I just got one from a rat at Midra's Manse

AnonymousYou can farm these from the 6-7 rats by the Midra's Library grace. At 270-331 item discovery, you'd have close to 50% chance per lap of getting a Swollen Grape. Also rune arcs, broken runes, shadow realm rune 1.

AnonymousIf you are looking to farm these, the group of attic rats in Midra's Manse drop them with some regularity.

AnonymousThis is thing is so disgusting, whoever designed the look of this item (and a lot of others) probably have 999 focus or something.

AnonymousI just picked one up off the small rats in the rafters of Midra's Manse.

AnonymousLike really. I've scoured the entire abyss and Manse, exterminated every eyeballman and after all that, I only have 10 of these things. Their only use it seems is to craft the Surging FF which I've only found 3 of. This means you can only ever get 13 SFF per NG. Like why even bother? The crafted item honestly isn't even good and yet you can only 13, Miyazaki why you be like this?

AnonymousThere are 6(?) lanterns that will inflict madness on you. Parrying them will make them susceptible to damage. When they spot you, if you are far enough away, they will stand still and channel a teleport. After getting hit with the teleport, roll AWAY then attempt to parry them. One of them drops a talisman while the others drop the swollen grapes.

AnonymousYou can get these from every killed Lantern except the one that drops a talisman.
After killing them they do NOT respawn. Hoping there's a better way to farm these.
The crafting system feels pointless and frustrating when half the consumables have a hard limit on how many you can craft in a single ng+ cycle.
AnonymousYou get this from the 2nd lantern in the abyss. You have to parry their grab attack and then kill them. If you do this on the first one you get a talisman

This implies that the three fingers were physically present in the manse. How exactly that happened who knows but it does explain a bit on how the entire surrounding area is so much more frenzied than anywhere else
