Can confirm that this is dropped by the Fire Knight and a good place to farm is Storehouse, Back Section site of grace
There is a knight near the back store room that dropped them, the one that is near the edge and when you backstab him he falls all the way to near the first floor, he had them when I finally got to him without resting
