Knight Diallos is a Tarnished NPC in Elden Ring. Diallos is a noble found at the Roundtable Hold, first mentioning that he's looking for his loyal servant, but is later involved in a quest of his own.
The tale of House Hoslow is told in blood.
I, Diallos, swear to deliver that promise.
Diallos Location in Elden Ring
Diallos can be found at Roundtable Hold.
- This NPC changes location, and can later be found at North Liurnia of The Lakes [Map Link]
- After that, he can be found at Volcano Manor
- After that, he can be found at Jarburg
- If defeated, drops: Hoslow's Petal Whip, Diallos's Mask.
Diallos Questline: How to complete Diallos' Quest
- After talking with Diallos at the Roundtable Hold, you'll find him to the North and slightly West of the Academy Gate Town Site of Grace in Northern Liurnia [Map link] atop a sunken roof.
- Diallos is standing at ground level west of the grace on the northern edge of the town ruins. If you look on the map, he's located at almost exactly the rightmost tip of the Academy Gate Town icon.
- NOTE: If you complete the Volcano Manor legacy dungeon before speaking to Diallos here, he will not appear and you cannot complete the quest - making this progression a potential point of failure.
- He will then be at the Roundtable Hold again. Exhaust his dialogue, where he talks about having discovered where the recusants are coming from.
- He'll be at Volcano Manor, in the drawing room, having decided to join the organization. Diallos gets new dialogue for every step of the Volcano Manor assassination sidequests the player completes. His last line of dialogue before he relocates has him lament over how easily he was swayed to join the recusants.
- After accepting the second letter from Volcano Manor OR after defeating Rykard, Lord of Blasphemy he will leave Volcano Manor.
- If he does not leave Volcano Manor after you receive 2 letters, reload the area and exhaust all his dialogues. Reload the area and exhaust the dialogs again (when approaching him, he should say something like "my brother was right", if this does not happen, you need to reload the area again and exhaust his dialogs). After that, he should disappear from the Manor.
- It is possible to skip doing any of the assassination missions and still have Diallos appear in Jarburg. Exhaust what dialogue you can with him, defeat Rykard, visit Volcano Manor to see he is no longer there, speak to Jar-Bairn in Jarburg and find Diallos there.
- After leaving Volcano Manor, he will relocate to Jarburg, but only after progressing Jar-Bairn's questline. He will appear in Jarburg in one of the shacks, tending to a little jar.
- Repeatedly talk to Jar-Bairn and rest at the Site of Grace in Jarburg until Jar-Bairn talks about poachers. If you've gotten this questline to advance, Jar-Bairn will talk about a new Potentate who's just arrived.
- After seeing him in Jarburg, let some time pass. Once enough time has passed, and you can talk to Diallos once more. After exhausting dialogue with him and Jar-Bairn you can rest to advance the quest.
- After exhausting Alexander's dialogue in Radahn's Arena after Radahn's defeat and thus progressing that questline, return to Jarburg. It will have been attacked and Diallos is wounded. Exhaust his and Jar-Bairn's dialogue and he'll ask if he was able to defend the jars, to which you can tell him he succeeded or he failed. He will die shortly after either way. Upon reloading the area, Jar-Bairn will move over to Diallos, scavenging his remains and taking up Diallos's legacy.Upon another reloading of the area, Jar-Bairn will move to the first location.
- If you have defeated Radahn and have already talked to Alexander in his location, but Jarburg has not been attacked, you should go to the Starcourge Radahn Site of Grace, and then back to Jarburg.
- It is possible that one night cycle may be required to progress this quest. Try resting at the site of grace in Jarburg and "Pass Time until nightfall" to force the poacher attack to occur.
- Exhaust Jar-Bairn's dialogue and reload the area and, Diallos’s body will disappear, leaving behind Diallos's Mask, Hoslow's Petal Whip, and Numen's Rune.
- Complete the remainder of Alexander's questline, then return here to give Jar Bairn Alexander's Innards. Reload the area again to Receive the Companion Jar Talisman from where Jar-Bairn was previously seated.
Dialogue in Elden Ring: Diallos
§Introduction
Ah, hello.
You must be new here.
I'm..
Well, just call me Diallos.
The honor of one's house holds little import in these lands.
By the way, have you met a young woman named Lanya on your travels?
She's my servant, but fickle as the wind.
Take your eyes off her for but a moment
and she's good as gone.
If you find her, please be sure to tell me.
Be sure to tell me
if you meet a young woman named Lanya.
She's a servant to my house.
She's been my companion since childhood.
I've lost count of the number of times I've had to find her like this.
Honestly, she's such a little tomboy.
- Lanya... Lanya... It's me Diallos. Answer me, would you?
- Hello, friend. Tell me if you know, would you.
The whereabouts of the hidden house of those despicable fiends.
The recusants who hunt their fellow Tarnished.
They laid hands upon my servant Lanya, and I refuse to let the insult stand.
"The tale of House Hoslow is told in blood."
I, Diallos, swear to deliver the message. - They laid hands upon my servant Lanya, and I refuse to let the insult stand.
"The tale of House Hoslow is told in blood."
I, Diallos, swear to deliver the message.
At Academy Gate Town (if meeting for the first time)
- Who on earth are you?
Hmph, never mind. But tell me if you know, would you.
The whereabouts of the hidden house of those despicable fiends.
The recusants who hunt their fellow Tarnished.
They laid hands upon my servant Lanya, and I refuse to let the insult stand.
The tale of House Hoslow is told in blood.
I, Diallos, swear to deliver the message.
At the Roundtable Hold
- Ah, you again is it? The recusants sent a lackey.
Can you believe they invited me to join them? Now! After what they did...
I can scarcely believe it myself. Do they think me a fool?
You might be surprised to learn I took them up on the offer.
Then I only had to ask. The location of the recusant hideout.
It's on Mt. Gelmir, found off the old road that leads west from the town of windmills.
That's where they hide. The manor on the peak.
Just you wait, wretched recusants.
You'll rue the day you insulted my name by laying hands on Lanya.
"The tale of House Hoslow is told in blood" after all.
At Volcano Manor
- Ah. Oh... I-it's you is it? Well. Nice to see you again.
So you've been invited as well, I see.
Then we're comrades in arms, henceforth. You watch my back, and I'll watch yours, yes? - I, um... I can tell... You're wondering about Lanya... Well, you see, I...
After much internal debate. I've come to realise... Revenge is not the answer
According to Lady Tanith... I've got the stuff of champions.
And champions, ironic as it is, are oft forced walk a tainted a path.
It hit me like a bolt from the blue... That my former thoughts were simple naiveté.
Of course, my heart weeps for Lanya. That unfortunate incident was a cruel twist of fate indeed.
But succumbing to the pain and sadness caused won't make me a champion, will it.
Lanya knows this, I'm certain. Fate has laid hard roads for us both.
But such is true of any road trod by champions. - I always resented these hands.
Their pale complexion, a far cry from any warrior's. The shame of House Hoslow.
But that won't be the case for long.
They'll be darkened by grit, once I've set out on the path of champions.
"The tale of House Hoslow is told in blood" after all.
After doing the Volcano Manor questline
- It's just as my noble brother says. I'm a complete fool. I can't believe I thought I could become a champion.
- Ah, it's you is it. I'm terribly sorry, but would you mind giving me some time to myself.
I haven't achieved anything at all thus far. Even though I've dirtied my hands time and time again.
I'm still yet to achieve anything. Perhaps I am a fool after all...
No. It's worse than that. As things stand I've given up on the path of revenge and sullied the name of my house.
What an easy mark I must have been... How did it take me so long to realise, honestly.
There's just no end to my foolishness, is there...
Jarburg
- (Overheard talking to NPC jar) Well. Aren't you full of beans. No wonder you're covered in muck.
- Oh? My friend, it's been far too long. I have to say you caught me at a rather low point. But... as you can see, I've put all that behind me. Left the Volcano Manor. Forging my own path now. Making my own choices. Even a fool like me can look after some simply jars. Do you pity me? Well don't. I feel like for the first time in my life I'm on the straight and narrow.
- A fool I may be, but I can look after some simple jars.
Do you pity me? Well don't. I feel like for the first time in my life I'm on the straight and narrow.
§After Jarburg is attacked
- ...Ah, you... Are the jars... they alright? Did I defend them?
- (You defended them)
Then all is well... This fool proved his worth, in the end... - (I'm afraid not)
Ha ha...ha... I see... I see... I've been a fool... to the last...
When attacked at Academy Gate Town
- (Warning)
Agh! What on earth was that for? - (Combat)
Now I see. You're a wretched recusant! May you rue the day that you thought to trample me! The tale of House Hoslow is told in blood! In blood! - (On player kill)
Lanya, your honour has been restored. You can rest easy.
When attacked at Jarburg
- (Warning)
Ugh! What's the matter? Please, stop! I've no quarrel with the Volcano Manor. I will never brandish a sword again, I swear! - (Combat)
Why on earth...? Wait, you're a poacher, aren't you? I'll turn my back on duty no more. The tale of House Hoslow is told in blood! In blood! - (On player kill)
Unharmed, thank the stars.
When defeated
- (At Academy Gate Town)
Ha ha...ha... I am the shame of House Hoslow after all... - (In Jarburg)
Ahhh, just what I deserve... For absconding from my duties... I'm sorry, my dear jars...
Elden Ring Diallos Notes & Trivia
- If provoked, Diallos wields a Hoslow's Petal Whip and a Distinguished Greatshield
- Diallos’s brother is Juno Hoslow, as indicated by their masks and armor set. He wished to become a champion himself, despite his brother’s wishes.
Knight Diallos Lore
Lore Items Related to Diallos
Diallos's Mask
Replica of a twin-tailed silver helm with flowery adornments. Only, without the twin tails.
Diallos Hoslow had an older brother who was a stern, self-possessed man of a few words. His achievements made him seem out of reach.
And so the younger aspired to be like the older. Yearning for the day that he would tell the tale of House Hoslow, in blood. Knowing full well that it would break his brother's heart.
Hoslow's Armor
Garish silver armor decorated with red embellishments. Passed down through the Hoslow family.
When Juno Hoslow received an invitation to the Volcano Manor, he discreetly refused.
"I have already walked many a road drenched in blood, yet never would I consider myself a champion."
Hoslow's Helm
A twin-tailed silver helm decorated with flowery adornments. Symbol of the head of the revered House of Hoslow.
Juno Hoslow had a younger brother who was all talk and no trousers.
His inability to commit to action was such that Juno inherited the Hoslow legacy without resistance, granting him the freedom to shower his little brother with adoration.
Hoslow's Petal Whip
Metal whip formed of razor-sharp chain-link blades that have the appearance of flower petals. This work of art is handed down though the generations of the illustrious House Hoslow. High dexterity is required to wield this weapon, but it excels at inflicting devastating blood loss.
"The tale of House Hoslow is told in blood."
Living Jar Shard
A fragment of a living jar, hardened after its death. Material used for crafting items.
Such fragments command a high price due to the magical power locked within. This leaves the living jars unfortunate targets for poachers.
Numen's Rune
Grace that dwells within the inhabitants of the Lands Between; the lingering residue of gold.
Use to gain 12,500 runes.
The Numen are said to have come from outside the Lands Between, and are in fact of the same stock as Queen Marika herself.
Diallos Image Gallery

AnonymousDiallos end is him being put in chunks in a small jar as a power source mixed with other corpses. So he's technically still alive like those fleshy shamans in the DLC. Therefore happy ending.
Holy ****, I just realized he is a Numen like Marika and ended up like her kin in the DLC. xD
AnonymousPeople deride Diallos as pathetic and a failure, and while he kind of is, he really did show his heart in the end.
In the last Jar-Bairn dialog before the poachers arrive, Jar-Bairn tells you that Diallos straight up said to her face that he was a coward and wouldn't fight to defend them. Then, when the poachers do show up, we see that Diallos, despite being a craven, did fight to defend his jar charges. A lot of jars were broken, but among those were several giant jars who are no slouch in combat as we see from catacombs and Alexander. Diallos did even end up saving Jar-Bairn, who is a child jar and probably easy pickings for jar poachers. In fact, he fought so valiantly that it's the only thing that Jar-Bairn is thinking about as her friends and family lie broken in her village.
You're not lying to Diallos if you tell him that he defended the jars. Soft-handed Potentate Diallos was the savior of Jarburg; he died a champion and a hero.
AnonymousHIs questline is so strange. I killed Rykard before killing his brother, and he left afterwards. I go to Jarburg and he is nowhere to be found. I reload, pass time, no Diallos. After going to Farum Azula but before Maliketh, I check again and he's at Jarburg. I exhaust all dialog and sit at grace, no poachers. Pass time, no poachers. Go to Radahn arena (despite having sent Alexander along from it dozens of hours ago), no Alexander as expected, go back, no poachers. The poachers only showed up after a quit out to the main menu and reloading into Jarburg. Elden Ring is truly a game of wonder and mystery

Anonymous
I immediately killed him in Liurnia on my second playthrough. Not for the whip or the mask.
I just didn't want him to get decieved into doing more assassin job for Tanith, to stain the memory of Lanya, whose death he lamented before, to fail to protect the only creatures who found him worthy of something. I also didn't want to look him in the eyes after killing his brother for the armor I won't use anyway (the playthrough's theme was gold).
Better for him to see me as a recusant from the start and die while fighting for the honor of his maiden, than becoming a traitor to his maiden, the house Hoslow and even the jars in his own eyes.

AnonymousMan this guy is so incompetent at everything he does. ER's version of Siegmeyer and Siegward as incompetent warriors who think they're competent but need to be carried through everything, aka average seamless co-op player.

AnonymousI killed him, for the whip, I barely used it... I'm sorry...

Anonymous
Anonymousi told him he didn’t save the jars and then tbagged his body after he died

Anonymouslistening to this small jar about his courage was the only think which gives me goosebump for entire game.

Anonymous
AnonymousHey, do you think Diallos is supposed to be Elden Ring’s version of the Crestfallen Warrior archetype?

AnonymousDid anyone NOT get the rune or anything else when completing the quest?

Anonymous
AnonymousWhoever made this specific quest, i hope they are tortured. Somehow.
You couldn’t even let us change the tides a little. You demon.
Anonymous
AnonymousDiallos is honestly just a complete hypocrite when you think about his quest overall
He starts by mentioning how the honour of one's house doesn't matter for Tarnished but then goes on about how "tHe TaLe oF hOSloW iS toLD In bLooD"
He has this whole monologue of avenging his servant from the wretched recusants and when you go to volcano manor he's all "Oh uhhhhh yeah actually revenge isn't the solution haha"
I feel bad for him really he's kinda pathetic
Anonymoushe has different dialogue if you speak to him at Academy Gate Town without interacting with him in the Roundtable. Can someone update the page for this?

AnonymousOne of the saddest quests imo, wish there was more lore around the Hoslow brothers

AnonymousYou're telling me Diallos failed to save every single jar in Jarburg except Alexander's nephew? What did the poacher do, metal gear solid his way through diallos and kill everyone under the cover of darkness? He probably woke up and said "nothing to report" before falling back asleep.

AnonymousIf he doesn't change dialog and start talking about his brother, kill the second target. I reloaded several times, passed time, warped to Jarburg, passed time, etc. But killing the second target was the only thing that made him move.

Anonymoushad to pass time at the grace in the jar town to trigger the poacher attack.
already had killed radhagon long before completing volcano manor.
so he was with the jar, both the lil jar and his dialogue exhausted but nothing else would happen (resting and traveling back and forth wouldnt do anything).
so I passed time till night and it triggered...
how does that make any sense?
Anonymous
Anonymouscan I kill diallos at jarburg and then use a celestial dew so the poachers don't come and the jars aren't angry? I just wanna save the jars man

Anonymous
Diallos quest is one of the best in the whole game, absolute Chad.

AnonymousMy first time I went to the roundtable hold I saw this dude and loudly asked "Who is this french guy over there?" Everyone was looking at him, even Hewg. And then I said something like "Do you have a baguette for a sword or something like that kinda french stuff huh?" Needless to say, everyone was laughing and pointing at him and I was the star of the whole roundtable hold for the night.

AnonymousIf you just want the mask you can kill him in liurnia, do Alexander's quest without visiting jarburg and then giving his innards to jar bairn later on, you're not missing on anything except a rune

Anonymous
AnonymousI'm guessing I screwed this whole quest. I never found him in Liurnia, and so I don't believe he was at Volcano Manor when I got there. I then killed Rykard, and he was no longer at the lake OR the manor.
I then went on to finish Alexander's quest line before ever finding Jarburg. The Jar-Bairn accepted Alexander's innards without the poachers or Diallos ever showing up.
So the Jarburg jars are all permanently safe, I guess. But I'm locked out of Diallos' stuff, since he's just sort of blinked out of existence at some point.
AnonymousJust kill him while he is in Liurnia in front of his dead dumpster. He will drop his BDSM mask and whip. You will lose just a numen rune, but you don't need it, you can farm endlessly, you can use golden bird feet and gold scarab too. After defeating Radahn, you can give Alexander's innards to the little jar and receive the talisman. The jarsburg will keep untouched by the pouchers and you can farm living jars shards killing them everytime you want.

AnonymousBefore Jarburg
"Pathetic sort ahead, point gesture."
After Jarburg
"Warrior ahead, salute gesture."
AnonymousThis guy was the biggest beta cuck in game until they introduced that simp Thollier in the DLC. At least Thollier was sonewhat useful and not a total failure.

AnonymousOh! you didn't go to this very specific and very random part of the map before completing an area you're just exploring? What a shame mate but this NPC questline is no more for you!

AnonymousAt least the poachers have never done anything to my jar friends because I NEVER have seen this dude after he leaves roundtable. Gonna do his quest for the first time now, it's my 6th or so run

Anonymousis he a numen? did he get the numen's rune from one of the jars? were the poachers numen?

AnonymousHe's cool but he also drops a significantly cooler whip so he's unfortunately getting axed so I can powerstance two of those before NG+

Anonymous
Consider Diallos and how his story is one of Christian redemption and sacrifice, moving from pride to humility, and finding peace in accepting one’s vocation.
Diallos’ maiden is killed, and he resolves on vengeance. Considering himself up to the task, he thinks to deceive Volcano Manor, and shortly after arriving, placing himself in such an occasion, he is instead himself manipulated by Lady Tanith who plays to the pride which brought him there.
So he sins, walking the path of a recusant and bloodying his hands until he’s sick of himself and realizes what he’s doing is wrong. All this effort and transgression earns him nothing, and he realizes the whole ambition to be the equal of his adoring brother (who himself *rejected* the invitation of the Volcano Manor) is foolish, especially through such means.
So he goes and becomes the humble protector of some jars, finding his purpose there. We have a glimpse of him at peace in Jarburg.
Like Diallos, we think that bad company will not corrupt us, and recklessly thrust ourselves into occasions where we are tempted. We’re more eager to be who we want than to be who God made us to be. Ego drives us to sin like him, and if we are fortunate, like him, we realize how foolish we are.
We should follow his example in honestly trying to discern what we’re meant for, not hoping it is something grand, but just to find the authentic thing, and to correspond with it, whether it be great or small. Then we can know the contentment that was Diallos’, and hopefully match his love, the unexceeded love of a man who lays down his life for his friends.
Anonymous
Diallos has always been confused by manipulation, first from his family second from Tanith, until he finally understood that his hands are not made for murder and vengeance, but he's fullfilled at doing a simple life as a ceramist and to protect what gives him the most purpose in life. Cya on the Erdtree brother.

AnonymousI don’t care if he drops a numen’s rune. I’ll pop a lord’s rune at the end of his questline every single damn time.

Anonymous
AnonymousCareful: If you send Jar-Bairn on his journey by giving him Alexander‘s insides, before making Diallos appear, he will not show up at Jarburg anymore. At least I haven‘t found a way to do so

AnonymousYou have to defeat Diallos's brother through the Volcano Manor Questline to trigger the poachers on Jarburg. It's not just a day/night cycle.

AnonymousMissed him after Volcano Manor on my first playthrough. Just finished his questline now and I got a little bit of sweat in my eyes, not gonna lie. What a redemption arc for this character.

AnonymousI’ve run into an issue where Diallos disappears from the manor but never appears in Jarburg. Everyone’s dialogue is at the point where he should appear but he doesn’t. I’m wondering if it’s because I’m too far along in the game (giant is dead).

AnonymousThe tale of House Hoslow is told in blood... Hoslow's blood by the looks of it.

AnonymousJust kill this moron the first chance you get in Liurnia. You get his helmet and whip, and Jarburg doesn't get massacred. Oh, and also he dies. It's a win/win/win.

Anonymous
AnonymousAnyone else like me who completely forgot this NPC's existence until giving Jar Bairn innards and gets confused

Anonymous
AnonymousMan screw this guy, he betrays his brother, joins the people who killed his servant who he swore to avenge and thinks he can live a peaceful life? Hell no it’s on site with this mf

AnonymousIf you travel to Liurnia and speak with Diallos before meeting him at Roundtable, he will say "Who on earth are you?" before continuing with his normal dialog.

AnonymousDialos: "Did i defended them?"
Me: "no"
Dialos: (dies of cringe)
AnonymousMight be my imagination but his questline and character scream GRR Martin to me.

Anonymousman this quest line is easily the absolute worst in the game. Diallos doesn't move to jarburg. Poachers this poachers that, HE IS NOT THERE! Who designed these quests, honestly.

AnonymousIf you are waiting for the Village to be attacked after radahn and 2 manor tasks, simply reloading or resting doesnt work...then Fast Travel to another Region like Lyndell or Caelid, it doesnt have to be the site of grace at the festival castle in Caelid like mentioned in the questline. Cheers mnze ;)

Anonymous
AnonymousSome poachers hit jarburg prior to joining volcano manner... will Dualis still go to Jarsburg?

Anonymous
AnonymousSo I think I completely ****ed up this quest. I went through most of the game and fought Alexander at the end of his quest to get the talisman. Then I remembered I forgot to do Jarburg. Now Jar Bairn is locked into dialogue about poachers and wants the innards and Diallos isn't showing up

Anonymous
Anonymous"Aren't you full of beans." No Diallos they're actually full of meatballs

Anonymousif i kill him first chance i get does it prevent the jarberg quest line and save all the jars?

Anonymousyeah i was totally looking for this guy in some random area of a swamp

AnonymousI had to reload the area a total of 14 times to pass through all the monologue and quest states, but the whip and mask are definitely obtainable once you've beaten Radahn and done the first two Volcano Manor targets and rested at the same site of grace over a dozen times...

AnonymousHm Yes, because I went to the very edge of liurnia, didn't get distracted by the divine tower or study hall, dropped down an extra ledge at the edge of a cliff for no reason, looked down, and remembered that NPC that showed up once at the roundtable hold and then dissapeared like the rest of them, and thought, "yeah, I bet he's here."
ffs lol, I get it, fromsoft games have a bunch of stuff like this... but sometimes they are just such feelsbads. Like, sorry I did the questline of a character I liked and missed out on one of the strongest talismans in the entire game for the specific class I was running. at least all I missed in this case was an unusable weapon and a cool mask. Gonna get both in my next playthrough though...
AnonymousThis guy may be painfully pathetic, but he earned my respect for protecting Jarboi and inspiring him to fight to protect.
I wear his helm in memory and respect of him
Anonymous
AnonymousPlaying in Patch 1.10: after you made Diallos leave Volcano Manor, he only appears at Jarburg after progressing Jar Bairn quest. To do that, rest and talk to Jar Bairn until it talks about poachers.

AnonymousYou're telling me Ranni gets a happy ending after spiraling the lands between into chaos after condemning a legendary hero who allied dragons with the golden order to become a soulless husk who spreads death, but the guy who watches his friends, family and all the Jars around him die will bleed out and potentially be called an utter failure. ):

Anonymousthis man completely disappeared for me. he is not anywhere. i think my ventuting around sent him to the abyss

AnonymousI told him he failed then proceeded to tea bag him several times

AnonymousJust kill him and get the mask it looks awesome. Oh and the whip is the best infusable one

Anonymousno explanation as to how and why this goober drops a numens rune out of nowhere?

AnonymousI like how Tanith just essentially gaslights Diallos into joining the Manor and not killing everyone in there.

Anonymousthe official Manga making him useless and having him trip and fall all over himself is exactly as how I´d imagine him

AnonymousAm I crazy or is Lanya doing the Family Guy crumpled body thing when Diallos finds her?

AnonymousStep 1: Literally go to the main safe haven of the game and see him
Step 2: Randomly and blindly run into him on a random nondescript ruin in the middle of a swamp filled with ruins
Step 3: You actually didn't do step 2, you just looked up his quest online since outside of blind luck you'd never find him
Great quest design as always, From.
AnonymousThis is the most hilariously sad questline in the whole series.

AnonymousYou can fail this quest easily by simply getting Rya's necklace and accepting her invitation prior to finding him in Lurina lakes. Doing this will cause him not to spawn in Volcano Manner. It's happened to me on every playthrough I forget to talk to him there.

AnonymousHe's not our hero. He's a silent guardian, a watchful protector. A jar knight.

Anonymousparlato col vaso piccolo e riposate fate sto loop , poi quando appare diallos fate passare del tempo e il villaggio sarà attaccato

AnonymousI don't remember seeing him in Liurnia. Finished Volcano Manor and went back for him but I'm not seeing him, so I can't seem to do Jar-Bairn's quest.

AnonymousWhy would I do his quest when I can just kill him for the mask

AnonymousIt's hard to recall but he either never appeared in Liurnia for me or he simply ever returned to Roundtable Hold. Haven't been able to find a way to get him to return. Anyone experienced a similar bug and know of a workaround?

Anonymousis there any reason to keep him alive and not just nuke him right away for his gear? Like does he actually give you anything excusive during his questline?

AnonymousWhere can you find Diallos if you destroy Jarburg before doing his questline? I need his helm.

AnonymousIf you're waiting for new dialoque when Diallos is already in Jarburg, try talking to Alexander in Gelmir. It should trigger the attack on Jarburg and you can continue normally.

AnonymousFor those with trouble dislodging Diallos from Volcano Manor to move him to Jarburg: not just accepting, but COMPLETING the second bounty triggered the change for me. Hope that helps.

AnonymousI never met Diallos once and progress other quests even already defeating Alexander and Juno Hoslow. When i finally found Jarburg i just keep talking to Jar Brain and i can immediately give him Alexander innards. I still not able to find Diallos at all.

This guy might just be stupid... just kill him in liurnia for the drippy mask
