In Elden Ring, the Crucible Tree Set is composed of 4 different armor pieces. These are the following:
Crucible Tree Set Elden Ring Notes and Tips
- The Crucible Tree Armor can be altered to the Crucible Tree Armor (Altered) to remove the cape.
- Each piece of the set gives a 4% damage increase to Aspects of the Crucible Incantations.
- Also affects Ash of War: Aspects of the Crucible: Wings and Devonia's Vortex.
- Wearing the full armor set gives a 17% total damage increase (since the buffs stack multiplicatively)
- In addition to its high defense, and innate incant buff, this armor set also boasts an exceptional poise/weight ratio, making it a viable option even for non-faith users.

For the people saying this is a womans set, the description for this says it was worn by her and "her men", for the other one it says it was worn by him and "his men". Doesn't that literally mean they were both worn by men, but her one just had a different design for the guys to represent her? It doesn't specifically say it's a womans set like it does for the female clothes.
Finally, someone covered up the lack of crotch protection. I can actually wear this without looking exposed.

Interesting that this features an intertwining tree crest. It's reminiscent of some of the reliefs you find in Belurat and Enir-Ilin.

The holy damage reduction is number one, and the second place has way less phys defense. Perfect for fighting dlc radahn when using a shield.

removing the cape makes the armor look 10 times beefier, you're honestly doing yourself a disservice by having the cloak on there, because the shape of the armor itself is so neat and comfortable to look at... like a perfectly tiled floor... i dunno, its weird.

I found that the haligtree knight helm goes quite well with this set, and it's a nice faith boost for using the laser spear to boot

If you have both Crucible Axe and Crucible Tree sets, you'll have 2 instances of the same gauntlets and greaves, so you can sell one of each to clear some inventory space and get 2000 free runes.

the armor also buffs the ashes of war on the weapons they have like sillurias tree and Ordovois greatsword i think not sure just tested on weak enemy

My only gripe is the loincloth on the chest piece is kinda jank when you sit down. Every grace site where you sit at has this awkward thing floating over your crotch. It looks terrible when it does that.

Weapons that visually fit to this armor set: - Hammer. - Gargoyle Halberd (somewhat). - Cipher Pata. - Ordovis Greatsword/Siluria's Tree (obviously). - Partisan (fits very well). - Great Stars (somewhat). - Serpent-God's Curved Sword (perfect color match). - Troll's Golden Sword. So yeah, if you wanna make visually fitting Crucible Knight build with something other than vanilla crucible weapons, take a look at that list.

Best looking armor in the game for me excluding the derpy helmet...Guh...So fellow tarnised which headgear looks the best with this set?My best find till now finding is Black Knife Hood but i am sure there has to be something better.

.9 more slash defense
1.5 less pierce defense
1.3 less fire defense
1.4 more holy defense
13 less robustness
2 less vitality

all performed with 51 faith and a +10 erdtree seal on the dragon knight patrolling the cathedral of dragon communion when it was alert, with no other damage modifiers.

From garce head to Broken Chapel(?) at NW, There is Wind Gust on the West side oft he broken Chapel(?), Take that up to Next level, The mini boss will be under the tree when looking at the West.

The Horned Version of the set, is in Deeproot Depths. You fight a Crucible Knight boss and the full set is in a chest within the tree it's guarding. It is the equivalent of the armor you get from Ordhovis, except the helmet and armor, which have better stats.

If you dont want to do the double bossfight of Auriza Hero's Grave you can get this set in Deeproot Depth in the north east the bit that it sticking out of the map you fight only one crucible knight and it's in a chest behind him ( maybe ou dont even have to fight him and can loot the chest directly ) he also drops Siluria's Tree

This set drops at Auriza Hero's Grave. You will have to fight two crucible knights one is a mage and another is a sword and shield. Once you've defeated them you will get the entire set plus the sword of the boss.

I found this in a crypt outside the Royal Capital. Dual bossfight. You get the armor and the greatsword.

had to figure it out myself but you find the set and the sword by killing crucible knight ordovis in auriza hero's grave which is way east in the capital outskirts

For anyone wondering… It can be obtained by defeating the Crucible Knight and Crucible Knight Ordovis (Two Boss Encounter). The bosses can be found in “Auriza Hero’s Grave”

The belfry under the belfry with the imbued key takes you to a place where you can fight a crucible knight. Not sure if he will drop the armour. If you’re looking for the four belfries they are up on mountain to the left of the castle that’s in the upper left of the map

This is going to be the meta armor set
It has reasonable weight with very high absorption and poise
38% standard damage absorption is very high
This seems to look better than the axe one
