About
DX Annual brings together senior leaders responsible for developer productivity and AI enablement to connect and learn from each other.
The 2026 program looks at how engineering organizations are adapting to AI—how they choose tools, manage costs, support adoption, and whether Developer Productivity teams are changing the way they work. This single-day event will include keynotes, fireside chats, and peer roundtables where attendees are matched based on similar role, company size, and interests. All sessions are vendor-neutral and focused on real experiences from engineering teams.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is DX Annual?
DX Annual is our single-day, flagship conference for developer productivity leaders navigating the AI era. The inaugural DX Annual will be held on April 16th in San Francisco, bringing together a curated group of ~400 senior engineering leaders from companies like Pinterest, Nationwide, Dropbox, Netflix, and Dell. The program will include keynotes, fireside chats, and roundtables focused on the top questions leaders are facing: how to apply AI across the SDLC, scale best practices, and rethink the role of DevProd teams.
Why do I need to request an invite to attend DX Annual?
DX Annual is intentionally curated to ensure the conversations are relevant, practical, and valuable for everyone in the room. By asking attendees to apply, we're able to bring together leaders facing similar challenges so discussions go deeper and peer connections are genuinely useful.
When and where is the event?
April 16, 2026 in San Francisco, CA. This is a full-day event with an evening reception.
Who should attend?
Senior leaders focused on developer productivity and AI within their engineering organizations.
How do I apply to attend?
Request an invite here. If approved, you will receive further registration details.
Can I get help with the DX product during the event if I have questions or want hands-on support?
Yes. While DX Annual is not a product-focused event, we know some customers appreciate the opportunity to get targeted help while onsite. We'll have a dedicated, low-key support lounge where DX team members are available for enablement, training, or specific questions. This is completely optional and designed to support customers without taking away from the broader, vendor-neutral conference experience.
What if I want DX support or enablement without missing the conference sessions?
If you'd like deeper support or enablement without missing any of the event, please reach out to your Customer Success representative. We'll have meeting rooms available the day before and after DX Annual specifically for this purpose.
How can my company sponsor the event?
DX Annual is intentionally focused on content quality and peer-to-peer conversations, so we're not offering sponsorships for this year's event. Our priority is creating a high-signal experience for attendees without vendor influence. As the event evolves, we may explore ways for partners to participate in the future if it meaningfully adds value for attendees.
Is the event free?
DX Annual is a paid, ticketed conference. The standard ticket price is $499.
Can I request a visa invitation letter?
Yes. DX can provide an official visa invitation letter once your registration is confirmed. You can request the letter through the confirmation page or by contacting Hailey at DX (hailey.huish@getdx.com). Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
Will sessions be recorded?
DX Annual is designed primarily as an in-person experience. Select keynotes and breakout sessions will be recorded and shared with attendees after the event; however they will not be live streamed. Any small-group discussions and workshops will not be recorded to encourage open conversation.
Will there be preferred hotel rates?
Yes. Information on discounted hotel blocks will be shared once you are accepted and have officially registered for the event.
Which airport should I fly into?
San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is recommended; Oakland (OAK) is also an option.
Are meals included?
Yes. Breakfast, lunch, and the evening reception are provided with your ticket.
Who can I contact with additional questions?
Email the DX Annual team at dxannual@getdx.com.
