Supporting lifesaving healthcare in Lebanon ✈️ As part of our long-standing partnership with UNICEF, we recently donated another in-kind flight, this time supporting the delivery of emergency medical supplies to Lebanon, where hospitals and frontline health services are under extraordinary pressure. UNICEF estimates that the supplies will help sustain essential healthcare services for approximately 500,000 people over a three-month period. This includes trauma care, maternal and newborn care, and the treatment of acute and infectious conditions. The supplies will be distributed to 11 public hospitals and 150 primary healthcare centres, including facilities supported by UNICEF as well as mobile health units. The shipment – totaling 36 metric tonnes – contained critical medical supplies for UNICEF and WHO, all dispatched from UNICEF’s global supply and logistics hub in Copenhagen. It consisted of 3.5 metric tonnes of supplies from the European Union stockpile hosted at the hub delivered to WHO in Lebanon, and 32.5 metric tonnes of UNICEF supplies mobilised from its own stocks for UNICEF in Lebanon. Through our global network and humanitarian supply chain specialists, we are proud to partner with UNICEF to help them make a tangible difference in the lives of children. Thank you to UNICEF and all partners for their close collaboration under highly challenging conditions. Today, on International Day of Zero Waste, we reaffirm our commitment to reducing waste and accelerating circular solutions across our operations. Our ambition is clear: By 2030, 60% of our waste should be prepared for reuse and recycling – a target embedded across our operations worldwide. In the Netherlands, we've started a project together with a local waste management company to repurpose the label lining material that is commonly left over from our packaging lines and would otherwise be incinerated. Instead, this material is being transformed into sound insulation for use in local construction projects. This helps to reduce waste by 19 tonnes and save 10 tonnes of CO2 emissions. By supplying this recycled material, we're not only cutting our own residual waste but also supporting the construction industry in using fewer new resources. These efforts are all part of our ongoing work to improve performance, strengthen transparency and support a more circular use of resources. Discover the other ways we work to reach net-zero emissions across our own operations, value chain and the broader industry here: https://ow.ly/Bl5H50YAu49

Reducing transport emissions with Acer! The partnership between Acer and DSV is built on a strong foundation and driven by shared sustainability goals, including a firm commitment to decarbonising supply chains. In line with this, we recently took an exciting step forward in our collaboration by introducing battery electric trucks on one of Acer’s key domestic routes in the Netherlands, with the ambition of reducing local emissions and improving air quality in the surrounding urban areas. The new electric trucks have a range of around 300km, making them ideal for these exact deliveries. Through the pilot, Acer’s products are transported from a DSV warehouse in south of the country to the destination at Acer’s customer’s site – after which the trucks return to the DSV warehouse with other shipments. This enables us to maximise vehicle utilisation and further reduce CO₂ emissions. As the initiative matures and new technologies are introduced, we expect to expand the pilot further by implementing electric trucks on additional routes. We are very excited about this collaboration and look forward to continuing our work with Acer to develop more sustainable supply chains. Last week, our teams joined industry peers at the Automotive Logistics & Supply Chain (ALSC) Europe – one of the most significant annual gatherings for the global automotive logistics community. From electrification and regulatory shifts to the need for resilient capacity and end‑to‑end visibility, ALSC Europe provided an excellent forum to address the industry’s most pressing challenges and solutions. This year’s discussions underscored just how quickly our sector is evolving and how essential it has become for supply chain partners to help shape the strategic decisions driving that change. Among our colleagues at the event was Jost Hock, Vice President, Automotive, who took part in a panel session on how to reshape European supply chains to be more connected, collaborative and strategic. Reflecting on the discussions at the session, he shares: “In today’s volatile market, automotive businesses face significant pressure to safeguard their supply chains and adapt quickly during crises. That’s why we focus on empowering them with resilient, scalable solutions and tools that provide connectivity and clarity when uncertainty strikes. Thanks to advancements in AI and IoT, we can quickly access accurate, available and actionable data – which enables our customers to respond to market disruptions with greater diligence and precision than previously,” he says and adds: “In general, ALSC was an important reminder of the power of relationships. As a transport and logistics partner, we need to deliver value at every stage of the supply chain. I am confident that the conversations we had last week – exploring new partnerships and discussing creative solutions – will help both us and our customers navigate the evolving market. Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth for some very interesting discussions.” Learn more about how we support automotive supply chains here: https://ow.ly/pOpM50YxqO1

At our Annual General Meeting today, we welcomed DSV shareholders to our headquarters in Denmark – both in person and online – for a constructive and engaging dialogue on our company’s performance and the latest industry developments. During the meeting, Lars Søren Rasmussen and Tan Chong Meng were elected as new members of our Board of Directors. We’re excited for them to join and are confident that they – with their strong leadership and extensive experience from global industrial and supply‑chain businesses – will be a valuable addition to our organisation. We also took the opportunity to thank Jørgen Møller, who is stepping down from the Board, for his many years of dedication and valuable contributions to DSV. Jørgen has more than 50 years of experience in the logistics industry and has been a member of the DSV Board of Directors since 2015, serving as Vice Chairman of the Board since 2019. Thank you to all shareholders who took part. Your engagement and continued support are fundamental as we continue to strengthen DSV’s position as a global supply chain partner.

Last week’s TPM conference in Long Beach, California, provided an excellent opportunity for our teams to engage with customers and peers on the key developments taking place in the sea freight market. At the event, Jakob Jeppesen, CEO of our Air & Sea division in Asia Pacific, took part in a session exploring the rapidly evolving dynamics of the Asia-Europe trade lane. In 2025, the lane outperformed expectations due to strong demand, even as carriers introduced more capacity than the market required and cancelled sailings to rebalance supply. At the same time, backhaul volumes from Europe to Asia declined, meaning that despite available vessel space, only limited slots were filled with cargo, highlighting the continued imbalance carriers must manage across the trade lane. European port congestion and low schedule reliability made planning increasingly difficult for shippers, while shifting carrier alliances and route strategies reshaped how goods moved across the corridor. Combined with ongoing geopolitical pressures, these factors suggest another year of constant change, fluctuating capacity and continued pressure on shippers to stay agile. Reflecting on the overall event, Jakob Jeppesen shares: “To me, the discussions taking place at TPM26 underscored a clear industry shift: reliability, transparency and smarter capacity planning are no longer differentiators, but expectations. Across the Asia-Europe and trans-Pacific trade lanes, we’re seeing that the companies who succeed are the ones who turn volatility into an advantage by staying closer to their customers, their partners and their long-term partnerships. At DSV, our role is to help customers navigate complexity with solutions that bring visibility back into ocean freight – even when the market doesn’t.” To learn more about how our sea freight teams can support your business, please visit: https://ow.ly/trJU50YsIx2

The automotive industry is transforming at an unprecedented speed. Last week, Helmut Schweighofer, CEO of our Road division, gave a keynote speech at the Forum für Automobillogistik (FAL26) in Wolfsburg, highlighting how logistics providers need to move from being a supplier to becoming a true partner within the automotive industry. It is a mindset shift toward long-term collaboration, shared accountability and joint value creation across the value chain. The shift from combustion engines to e-mobility is just the start. Digital-native competitors from China are redefining expectations for simplicity, efficiency and speed, while macroeconomic pressure, labour shortages and political barriers reshape where and how we operate. Quality is being redefined. The perfection of millimeter-precise work has been replaced by digital excitement, software capability and seamless user experience. And this shift transforms far more than the vehicle itself; it reshapes logistics, operations and every technology-driven decision in the value chain. As Helmut Schweighofer put it: “To move forward, we must rethink how we work together. Traditional contractual relationships won’t unlock the innovation our industries need. With the largest network in the market, we can support this transformation, but only with new models of collaboration and a shared commitment to unlocking value. We need to move from being a supplier to becoming a true partner – this transformation is not an ambition, but a necessity.” Photo credits: VDA and BVL / Christian Lietzmann

Today, on International Women’s Day, we celebrate the women who continue to make invaluable contributions across all areas of our organisation. At DSV, we aim to foster a diverse and inclusive environment where everyone has the opportunity to develop their skills and make meaningful contributions to our shared success. As part of this, we work to offer equal opportunities, remove barriers and ensure belonging for all, while ensuring that we build an organisation that is resilient, innovative and representative of the communities we serve. To achieve these ambitions, we have already established a number of global initiatives to promote gender equality, including our Women in Leadership programme. However, we recognise there is still more to be done to drive this agenda forward, and we are therefore introducing networks, mentoring schemes and targeted development programmes for female colleagues – all aimed at attracting, nurturing and advancing women within our workforce and thereby strengthening our collective capability to tackle future challenges. In connection with this year’s International Women’s Day, we asked some of our colleagues what advice they would give to women who are at an early stage of their career. Take a look at what they said ⬇️ #StartHereGoAnywhere #InternationalWomensDay #IWD2026
