Software Engineer (Java & or Angular)

We're expanding our engineering team for Avrios, one of our core products at Shiftmove and are looking for three Software Engineers with strong hands-on experience in either Java (backend) and/ or Angular (frontend).

This is a strong mid-level role for engineers who have built and shipped production systems and want to take ownership in a collaborative product environment.

You will help us solve complex challenges for companies managing large fleets of vehicles across Europe, with real-world scale, automation, and AI-driven use cases.

What You Will Do

• Design, implement, and ship production-grade features across Java/Spring Boot backend and Angular frontend
• You will be part of a highly collaborative cross-functional product team alongside a dedicated Product Manager
• You'll contribute actively to product discussions, gaining valuable insights and offering innovative solutions to address user needs
• You deploy code to production, relying on our highly automated continuous integration and continuous delivery infrastructure
• You will also play a key role in the development of key features such as Documents LLM based readout, Configurable User Permissions, Mileage readout from OEMs cloud, and more
• You will actively participate in the engineering decision-making process by engaging in discussions, contributing to, and submitting Request for Comments (RFCs)
• We are a team, you will be part of knowledge sharing, and contributing innovative ideas to enhance our product and customer experience

YOUR PROFILE

• Solid CS foundation and hands-on experience as Software Engineer
• Experience with any of the following frameworks Angular, SpringBoot or similar
• Experience with Java, or any other OOP language
• Fast learner, ready to pick up new tech stacks
• You're Ambitious and value knowledge sharing and mentorship
