Human Resources Manager

What the role involves:

• Provide HR leadership and consultation to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Disciplinary and functional management of the Human Resources team
• Lead areas of talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, performance management, termination of employment, employee relations and rewards
• Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the business and develop solutions, programs and policies
• Close collaboration with our works council
• Provide guidance and input on workforce planning and succession planning
• HR Administration (prepare written references, contracts, contract changes, etc.)

Do you have:

• University degree in personal management, social sciences, business, psychology or an equivalent educational qualification
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources positions and proven leadership experience as HR Manager
• Knowledge and experience in implementing programs and processes related to employment law, compensation, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, safety, employee engagement and talent management
• Experience with human resources metrics and knowledge of HR systems and database
• Fluent in German and English
