When AI agents move into production, account security matters. 🔒 Synthflow now supports TOTP-based Two-Factor Authentication. Admins can enforce 2FA across the entire workspace, requiring every team member to enable it before accessing the platform. Compatible with Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, and any TOTP app. A small step that dramatically reduces account risk. Because production AI deserves production-grade security.

If your outbound AI agent calls an iPhone, there’s a good chance the call never reaches the person. Apple’s call screening often intercepts unknown callers, and many AI agents get mistaken for voicemail. So the call ends before the conversation even begins. We just fixed that. Synthflow outbound agents now detect Apple’s call screening and respond naturally, introducing themselves and explaining the reason for the call.
