In his role, Watson will spearhead the strategic vision for expanding CuraLinc’s commercial footprint while advancing the company’s mission to deliver clinically appropriate mental health care that drives measurable, financially sustainable outcomes for more than 4,400 employers worldwide. Watson will assume the role from Penny Moore, who has been instrumental in elevating CuraLinc’s growth strategy and will retire in March.

Watson has spent his career helping innovative healthcare companies expand their reach and impact. Most recently, he served as Chief Revenue Officer at Found. Previously, he held senior sales leadership roles at Spring Health and Lyra Health, where he helped scale enterprise and commercial sales and shape each company’s employer strategy during periods of rapid growth.
