Climate Changes in Crimson Desert

The Climate and the temperature can change depending on the time and region in Pywel, your body temperature may also change depending on the environment. If you stand by a fire, your body temperature will increase, and you may burn if you are close to the fire. While in the cold, your body temperature will drop and move slower. You can see your body temperature on the colored bar to the right of the minimap on the lower left of the screen. If your body temperature goes too far from the optimal range, your stamina will start to drain quicker, and you will get exhausted faster and recovery slower.

Countering Temperature Changes in Crimson Desert

To counter the temperature changes, you will need to purchase Armor or Accessories that grant elemental resistance from Tailors in town such as Tina, who can be found inside the Hernand Tailor's Shop in the City of Hernand. Another method is by consuming dishes that grant you elemental resistances, dishes can be cooked at any bonfire given that you have the required ingredients for that dish. These will allow you to not be affected by the temperature changes and also let you move freely without any restrictions.
