Quests in Code Vein 2 are categorized as requests that are given by NPCs. Quests are the different tasks and missions that players complete in the game. Quests are usually divided into two types, the Main Quests which focus on completing the tasks that are inclined with the main campaign of the game, while Side Quests are the missions that are acquired in certain ways such as interacting with an NPC and accepting their requests or triggering certain events and conditions.

 

Code Vein 2 Quests Guide

From your player menu, you will be able to find the Quest Log icon right below the Blood Code icon in the middle of the menu. The Quest Log will display 3 different tabs that provide you with the information that will guide you on your exploration. The 3 tabs are Quest List, Database, and Tutorial. The quests on the quest lists are updated in real time, so it is encouraged to check the Quest list tab from time to time or when you are unsure what needs to be done.

  • Quest List: Shows a list of all the quests you acquired
  • Database: Shows all the database entries you obtained
  • Tutorial: Shows a list of tutorials that you can review when needed

Types of Quests in Code Vein 2

Through the Quest List in the Quest Log, there will be various quests that you can encounter while playing the game and exploring the vast world of Code Vein 2. Some quests act as favors called Requests that you do to help your Companions or a known NPC, some other quests also involve needing to slay enemies and bosses as part of a broader storyline.

 

How to Unlock Quests in Code Vein 2

Unlocking quests in Code Vein 2 is straightforward; players will simply need to progress through the story, explore the environment, and interact with the various NPCs to unlock the quest. Quests will appear on the quest list, and players can open up the Quest Log to take a look at where they left off. Once a quest objective has been acquired or cleared, a pop up will appear to the left side of the screen.
