Dr. Mike Chan, Chairman of the European Wellness Biomedical Group, a globally recognized leader in regenerative medicine, stem cell science, and longevity research. With over four decades of work in bioregenerative medicine, immunology, and stem cell science, his contributions have helped shape many of the conversations happening today around the future of health and longevity. What stood out most in our discussion was a shared perspective. The future of medicine will not only be about treating disease. It will increasingly be about regeneration, prevention, and extending healthy lifespan. As a pediatric cardiologist, my career has focused on protecting cardiovascular health early in life. But the broader conversation around longevity science and regenerative medicine is opening new possibilities for how we think about lifelong health. I am excited that Eterna Wellness MD is beginning conversations with the European Wellness Biomedical Group to explore knowledge exchange and potential collaboration in this evolving field. Learning from global leaders and bringing those insights into thoughtful physician led care is an important step in shaping the next generation of healthcare. The future of medicine will be built through collaboration between clinical medicine, research, and innovation. And conversations like these are where it begins. If someone can't understand what you do and who you help within 5 seconds of landing on your page, they're gone. Fix it in 30 minutes with Claude: Step 1: Download the Claude app. Go to claude(.)ai/download and install the desktop app. Open a fresh chat. Step 2: Audit your profile. Export your LinkedIn profile as a PDF and upload it. Then use this prompt: "Audit my LinkedIn profile for clarity and conversion. Assess the Headline, About, Banner, and Featured sections. Tell me what's clear, what's missing, and how to improve each." Step 3: Set up your writing style. Claude has a custom style feature that learns how you write. Paste in 3 to 5 examples of your best writing and ask: "Based on these examples, describe my writing voice... tone, structure, vocabulary, and rhythm." Step 4: Understand your audience. Your customers have already told you what they want. Upload call transcripts or notes and prompt: "Review these transcripts and identify the 20 most common customer pain points, recurring frustrations, fears, and unmet needs." Step 5: Define your positioning. Upload 10 of your best performing posts and ask: "Who do I help, what do I solve, and why should they trust me?" Step 6: Find patterns in your winners. Without it, you repeat prompts and waste hours. 2️⃣ Perplexity 🛑 (Research + accuracy) Live data. Sources. Market insights. No guessing. No hallucinations. Manual research still costs most people 5–10 hours weekly. 3️⃣ Claude 🛑 (Depth + reasoning) Long documents. Strategy. Technical writing. Handles complexity without losing clarity. What stood out was not just the science, but the shift in thinking. Healthcare today is at an inflection point. We have more diagnostics, more data, and more interventions than ever before - yet patients are still searching for clarity, longevity, and true well-being. Dr. Chan’s insights reinforced something I strongly believe: The future of medicine will not be defined by how much we treat, but by how intentionally we restore and optimize human health. From regenerative therapies to longevity science, the direction is clear: From managing disease → to addressing root causes From reactive care → to proactive, personalized strategies From temporary fixes → to sustainable, long-term outcomes But as we embrace this shift, there is an important responsibility. Regenerative medicine may represent the future, but its true impact depends on how thoughtfully and responsibly it is applied. This is not a space for shortcuts or trends. It requires deep scientific understanding, clinical rigor, and guidance from experts who have dedicated their lives to advancing this field. Only then can we translate innovation into meaningful, safe, and lasting benefits for our patients. At Eterna Wellness MD, this is exactly the direction we are building toward, what we call Intentional Medicine.
