Ubisoft’s Canadian studios have earned the Gold-level Parity Certification from La Gouvernance au Féminin - Women in Governance. This recognition reflects years of steady work to build a fair, inclusive, and welcoming workplace for everyone. “We’re proud of the Gold recognition, as it is a testament to our work over the years. At the same time, we know the job isn’t done. We want to encourage more women to pursue careers in technical and leadership roles, so our teams benefit from a wider range of perspectives and ideas.” - Catherine Lemyre, VP Talent Learn more: ubi.li/TMxP1
