The worlds first Candy for Athletes™.

About us

The worlds first Candy for Athletes™. Reimagined performance nutrition by putting 14g of protein and electrolytes into gummy bears. We built the brand from scratch, raised a seed round, and took it on the road partnering with players and teams across the NHL, NBA, and NFL. Through original content and storytelling, we grew a community of 200,000 followers on TikTok and an email list of 40,000+ before pressing pause to focus on new ventures. BoostBear proved that performance fuel doesn’t have to taste like compromise, it can taste like winning.

And my job, well my job is to make them feel like NBA superstars. Now, im looking for a Director of Operations to work along side me and our C-Suite to launch more cities... Starting with LA. Red Bull is one of the biggest events companies on earth... 👀 And yet Brodie Sports Group does 30X more activations. I'm building the NBA for the everyday athlete. Not for pros but for the millions who play, compete, and show up every week. 37 events a week. 14X more games than the NBA. 50,000+ athletes. 21 cities and counting. Now we're hiring a Sr Producer to own launches across every city. Build the show. Double our activations in 2026. Make every league night feel like the best night of the week. Red Bull hits your city once a year. We hit ours every single week. If you a Killer... 👇 https://lnkd.in/enBABT5t

The NBA has 30 teams. We have 430. Sat down with the He's A Guy Podcast team and got into something I think about constantly: why rec leagues might be the most undervalued business model in sports. Think about it. Pro sports requires billions in capital, salary caps, broadcast deals, stadiums. Rec sports requires a gym, a ref, and 10 people who want to play on a weeknight. Your customers pay you to participate. Retention is built into the product because people come back for their teammates, not your brand. And there's no revenue cap because creating your community is the return. We started with 8 teams. Now we're across a whole continent. The episode gets into how the economics actually work, what almost killed us in year one, and the one metric that matters more than anything else in this business. Watch below. Thanks to the guys for having me. Preview 📸 👉 https://lnkd.in/eDVcwA3c Full watch 👉 https://lnkd.in/e_QE23Wp

I used to cut up Sports Illustrated with an X-Acto knife. Not the articles. The ads. Those double-page Nike and Jordan Brand spreads from the '90s. Slam Magazine, Street & Smith's, SI. I'd extract them as if I were performing surgery. Clean cuts along the spine. Scotch tape on the back to hold the spread together. Then into a Nike shoebox with the rest of them. I wasn't collecting. I was documenting. Archiving. This was my PhD in ABCs: Art, Ball & Culture. My first job at 14 was a sports camp counsellor at the YMCA. Half the summer teaching basketball, the other half at arts camp. I got that job so I could buy Nikes, magazines, movie tickets and CDs. I'd play rep ball, all-star, travel, and AAU. Then hit the gallery. Life drawing classes. Film festivals. Then I'd record NCAA and NBA games on VHS. Not for the games, but for the commercial breaks. Studying what Wieden+Kennedy was building for Nike. The red thread was always there. How they used negative space. How they let the jersey do the talking. How the copy ran vertical in the margins like a whisper you had to lean in to hear. How they made you feel something before they sold you anything. The Fab Five era taught the world that amateur athletes carry cultural weight. Nike understood that before anyone else did. Brodie knows athletes don't have expiration dates, and amplifying these voices isn't what's next, it's what's now. Nike elevated college players before they went pro. We're elevating the players who never stopped playing. The ones who kept their game sharp, kept their communities tight, kept showing up. Same respect. Different chapter. Both deserve the craft. March Madness has always been more than a tournament. It's the moment where every story starts, where underdogs become legends, where one shot changes everything. That cultural tension, that built-in passion, that's what we're channelling. That's what we're building at Brodie®, and if you understand why these images matter, why that visual language still moves people thirty years later, then you already know where this is going. Become a Brodie Athlete & Join The Madness.
