You'd be forgiven for thinking there's nothing normal about Taylor Hopkinson. After all, the careers we recruit for in renewable energy aren't normal. The specialists who fill these roles aren't normal. And the pioneering projects we're supporting are very far from normal. But the truth is that our people are simply too normal to be normal recruitment consultants. Too normal to ghost or gaslight. Too normal to hound and pester. And much too normal to put our own needs before our candidates' and clients'. In fact, all of the things you'd normally expect from a typical recruiter are nowhere to be found here.
