I snuck past her with Astarion and found a waypoint not far past her.

you can put a clowd of daggers into her walk path and she keeps walking into it and doesnt aggro, pretty funny.
Has no voice lines. The narrator merely describes the situation.

kited her as much as possible, using ice arrows and grease - there's enough room if you use the prison and double back - when she was low in health enough I had melee go in and bring her down!

Is there any quest, connected to her? Any reason not to loot?

You can lure her into the prison cell and them throw a smokepowder grenade to destroy the floor and make her fall into the spiders lair, making her easy to kill because she can't reach you

"Enemy" maybe need to stop submitting one model of passing the game?
I used Lump's horn to see if they would interact differently with her, it didn't change anything, but the trespassing warning you get with her, you might also get with one of the other ogres, so weird
