Yeah this hat isn't working right. It puts a stack of 2 on but does nothing after that regardless of how many thunder spells you cast.

Works well on TB EK builds running Nyrulna. Due to Honor mode nerfing haste for this class I've opted to run this hat to boost my spell DC and use the extra action to cast madness, hold person, tasha's, or just a fire bolt/mage hand + bonus action throw (thanks to war mage ability) to really get some extra damage down range. Mage hand really works well, as you can spore haste both your EK and mage hand, put some water bottles near it, let it soak your enemies and then fire off 6 nyrulna throws and follow up with a bonus action throw, again thanks to EK's bonus action throw post casting any cantrip. It has kept my EK relevant in the post honor mode nerf. Maybe better than before, in some ways.

Doesn't appear to trigger off the thunder damage dealt by reverberation stacks hitting 4. Will test if the drow blade shriek triggers it.

I wonder if it works with that hammer you find in the burning inn that lets you deal aoe thunder damage on jump
