Giant's Rage is a Passive Feature in Baldur's Gate 3. Giant's Rage is a unique feature for the Barbarian subclass, Path of Giants. Features provide unique abilities inherent to a Character's Race, Class, and selected Background. These may vary greatly, from allowing you to equip certain Weapons or pieces of Armor with Proficiency, to adding your Proficiency Bonus to certain Saving Throws.

I do not know why, but "increasing in size" does nothing except for the visual effect. All other sources of size increase give 1d6 melee damage. Moreover, rage blocks another increase in size. This is clearly a bug, or a flaw.
