No calculation for enemies rolling at disadvantage, sometimes I see a debuff when I'm attacking stating that I'm rolling at disadvantage because of 'displaced'

Its will cast Blur every single turn to the wearer. Meaning enemy will have Disadvantage against you. Combine this with high AC = untouchable

Poster below is incorrect. It's for sale at Danthelon's Dancing Axe in Wyrm's Crossing. 2nd story floor of the building on the west side of the crossing, just outside Wyrm's Rock Fortress.

It's on the first floor of the moonrise tower in a "chest" in the western room.
One of the best tank pieces of armour in the game, and it's a cloak!
