On site at ESR Minto. We’re in the final stages where the vision starts to fully land and every detail counts. A quick update from our PM on progress, key milestones and what’s next as we push toward completion.

At 9 Bessemer Street, we’ve recently achieved a 5 Star Green Star rating. Delivered as a carbon neutral property, the project includes a 399 kW PV solar system (688 panels) and achieved a 21% reduction in upfront carbon. Proud to have delivered this outcome for IFM Investors. Innovate. Design. Deliver.

A milestone moment for Manheim, IFM Investors and Texco as we mark the start of a new facility built for the next phase of operations and long-term growth.   Proud to be delivering a project that supports jobs and business across the Melton region. Next phase. Now building.

Welcome to Luddenham Recycling Park.   13,000m² for Coombes Property Group, soon to be home to Renier Group's waste processing facility. Inside, it’s all about the push walls. Around 10,000m² of them, built tough for front end loader impact, with the highest reaching 7.6m.   More to come as stage one rolls on.
