Meet the creator: Inspired by one of creative lead Alexandra Rance’s Dungeons & Dragons characters, Rowan grew and blossomed as the team at Microfun explored the idea of the protagonist returning home to find purpose. Fun fact: The hotel group trying to take over Seaside Escape’s island is called Bart, Bart and Eckleson Group or BBEG – an acronym that also refers to the “big bad evil guy” in role-playing games.
