Poor PVP Balance

It is frustrating to win one or two rounds of PVP to then just get killed the next 10 rounds. I am new to the game but it seems if you do not pay for upgrades you cannot compete in PVP and you hit a wall pretty quickly were you become stagnet due to taking so long to be able to upgrade.

Ive been playing the game every day for a few months now and its very enjoyable but all the technical issues have begun to ruin it. I play on the phone and Mac and the guild chat does not work on the Mac except for emojis so I have to switch back and forth to communicate for guild events like raids/siege. The new raids have been great and Ive worked to level up teams and characters that are useful but now the guild invites are not working so I spend 30-60 minutes a day waiting to see if I can see any invites to join a siege/raid. This 5 minute battle game (as advertized) has become 30 minutes of waiting a day and it was always hard to be availble for 2 person modes when people are expecting to get on and off in 5 minutes. Very disappointing. Raids are a poorly thought out game mode. Individuals should be able to log in and do their part on a raid boss and not have to wait for others to be on. Please fix, I love the Warcraft universe and this was supposed to be a fun fast game.
Great but with small bugs on the Mac

I've tried this game on all my devices, it's great on my iPad, iPhone and Mac. However, one thing that is really annoying on the Mac is the scroll wheel isn't implimented. To scroll down a page you have to click, hold and drag with your mouse instead of just scrolling with the wheel. Minor but very annoying. Fix that and it will be 5 stars.
