Please add app to the manage extension list in Safari

Works but needs ability to access settings from Safari extension list if hidden from App view. Glad it doesn't take up space if that was the intended reasoning but not user friendly. At least ability to launch app settings from support site maybe.

Weird default setting

Took me a few minutes to figure out that I have to open the app to make it work as by default it blocks nothing. I would suggest you default to blocking 3rd party fonts instead of none because if we wanted none, we could simply not install or not enable the extension :)
