Overall I found myself enjoying the time I spent playing this app. The levels start out really easy, but gradually become a little more challenging later on. This gives the game a very nice difficulty curve that never spikes up at random.I also like how the Rainbow Powers grow and change as you upgrade the two characters available. This keeps the upgrades from becoming too stale and gives the player something to strive for.However, I do have to agree that putting a pay wall between the player and the other characters is a little bit much. So here's what I recommend:Allow the player to play a demo version of the locked characters within their specific levels. This way the player isn't barred from the rest of the game, but you can still sell the characters for $2.99.Alternatively, you could create 6 new characters and shift the price tag onto them, thus freeing up the main characters and giving the player full access to the game, while still having a way to make money from the game.I hope you - Budge Games - will take my recommendations into consideration, and I look forward to hearing from you.

Hello! I just downloaded this app today, and I’ve been playing it for a while. Honestly, it’s pretty fun! I like the concept of it. The only problem is, you literally have to pay to continue playing at a certain point. You only get 2 ponies for free, and the other 4 cost real money. When it makes you use a specific pony for a level, it eventually has each level requiring a paid pony, so you can’t play anymore unless you buy a pony, which I know you will have to buy all 4 to complete the whole game. I understand how Budge Studios is trying to make money, but this is a little too much (at least in my opinion). I’ve read all the other reviews and I agree how they are upset about this. Children start playing and they enjoy it, only until they have to pay to keep going, so they’ll have to ask their parents, and a lot of parents would be like “Absolutely not!” I think paying $25 to complete the whole game is too much (again, just my opinion). I played Harmony Quest, which is also a My Little Pony game created by Budge Studios, and you have to pay for 3 ponies to complete the whole game just like this one. I paid for all three and enjoyed that game, but I don’t wanna have to pay even more money just to complete this one. I just wish there was SOME other way to unlock the 4 ponies besides paying real money for them. So that’s my review! Hello! I recently got this for my kids (they love mlp). My youngest, who is 4, started playing with her older sister, who’s 7. 4 year old came to me in 2 minutes and asked me to buy her a pony. She said if she didn’t get a new pony it wouldn’t let her play. I went to the store and looked at rarity. TEN USD. For one little pony that you use for 5 minutes? No. My four year old started crying. My seven year old stomped to her room, and even slammed the shoji door, almost ripping it. So disappointed, thought this would be wonderful. We came back the next day, and I felt really bad so I got them both rarity. They played happily for 5 minutes and then started crying that they needed a new pony. I got them applejack and rainbow dash, vowing to never spend my money on this ridiculous app again. They played until 5:30, I told them to turn it off. I sent my seven year old to wash the rice and my four year old to have screen free time. We had a lot of fun. The girls went to bed and I looked at the reviews for this app. I saw that it’s not just me who is having trouble with the in app purchases. It’s everyone. We came back the next morning and lo and behold, all the ponies WERE GONE. I lost 30 dollars because of this terrible app. No. Just no. I deleted it and the kids started crying. Thankfully, they found an enjoyable app called gacha life with no in app purchases. Up your game, budge, because to me, you just want my yen. 💴 😡 😭

It’s an OK game, but there isn’t really much to do. All you’re doing is running around for EVERY SINGLE LEVEL . Sure, it’s gets a little harder as you progress, but it’s not really entertaining. I think you should add other things, like you could put in some pony/creature characters, who talk to you before a level and then their challenge thingy could be somehow related to them. For instance, Princess 👑 Cadance: she could have obstacles like statues of Spike flying at you, also maybe she could have occasional crystal hearts that give you extra lives if you get them. Also, maybe you could have, like, special occasions, like ‘oh no! Princess 👑 Celestia is coming tomorrow to this part of Ponyville and itself all black and white! Help bring back color here before she comes!’ Also, I really wanna know how exactly the Mane Six running around brings color 🌈 back. Don’t they have to be TOGETHER to use the Elements of Harmony or do their big magic 🪄 things? Please try to make this game more interesting, thanks! P.S. Discord doesn’t like books 📚.
