A shroud of mystery envelops these uncharted medieval lands where ancient monuments, relics and mythical creatures await. Echoes of bygone eras speak of past greatness and in Kingdom Two Crowns+, part of the award-winning franchise Kingdom, you embark on an adventure as the Monarch. In this side-scrolling journey atop your steed, you recruit loyal subjects, build your Kingdom and protect your crown from the Greed, monstrous creatures looking to steal your Kingdom's treasures.
BUILD
Lay the foundation of a mighty Kingdom with towering walls, protecting towers while cultivating prosperity through building farms and recruiting villagers. In Kingdom Two Crowns+ expanding and growing your Kingdom grants access to new units and technologies.
EXPLORE
Venture into the unknown beyond the protection of your borders, through secluded forests and ancient ruins to seek treasures and hidden knowledge to aid your quest. Who knows what legendary artifacts or mythological beings you will find.
DEFEND
As the night falls, shadows come to life and the monstrous Greed assault your kingdom. Rally your troops, muster your courage, and steel yourself, for each night will demand ever-growing feats of tactical mastermind. Deploy archers, knights, siege weapons, and even newfound Monarch abilities and artifacts to hold against the waves of Greed.
CONQUER
As the Monarch, lead assaults against the source of the Greed to secure your islands. Send your groups of soldiers to clash with the enemy. A word of caution: make sure your troops are prepared and sufficient in numbers, as the Greed will not go down without a fight.
UNCHARTED ISLES
Kingdom Two Crowns+ is an evolving experience that includes several free content updates:

• Dead Lands: Enter the dark lands of Kingdom. Play as unique Monarchs, including the Shardbinder Miriam, with powerful traits from the gothic horror action-RPG Bloodstained.
• Challenge Islands: Representing the greatest challenge ever seen for hardened veteran monarchs. Take on five challenges with different rules and objectives. Can you survive long enough to claim the gold crown?
• Norse Lands: Set in a domain inspired by Norse Viking culture 1000 C.E, the Norse Lands DLC is a full new campaign that expands the world of Kingdom Two Crowns+ with a unique setting to build, defend, explore, and conquer.

I recently bought the game on steam and absolutely fell in love with it, especially the art. Though it is hard to get started i spent some time watching tutorials and looking at the wiki for help. A more thorough tutorial would be much appreciated but still not too bad of a first encounter. I’ve seen many people complaining about the stamina feature but I really don’t think it’s too much of a deal. Personally I like it because, though it’s annoying, it makes you think when venturing near the portals. I love the fact that it’s come to Apple Arcade though and I haven’t encountered any bugs so far. I have a couple suggestions as well. Maybe add upgrades for items like your coin bag and maybe add ports or something so every time you visit an island your ship doesn’t break. The game is extremely fun but needs more end-game stuff to increase playability once you’ve gotten everything. Overall a super fun game and I really enjoy playing!
Inexplicable glitches

Maybe the most beautiful pixel art I’ve ever seen. Also, deceptively simple—only complicated by the fact that there is no tutorial, no explanation, no tool tips for what things are, etc. But you can run back and forth until you figure it out.Rendered more or less unplayable by bizarre glitches, like NPCs disappearing. You can carry on your mount NPCs that do special upgrades. Seems to be the only way to get them back and forth to different islands. Except sometimes they vanish. It’s annoying that they occasionally jump off your mount (presumably out of fear?), and you have to pay a coin to get them back. But sometimes they vanish from the island completely. You have to rebuild a boat and sail back to where they came from to rehire them. The worst glitch I’ve found so far (and the one that prompted me to leave a review) is the disappearance of all the builders. It doesn’t matter how many recruits I bring into town, the hammer rack is full. I’ve marked trees for chopping, paid to upgrade walls and arrow towers. The ship is a husk, unable to be completed. This was the thing that finally forced me to resort to scouring the internet—maybe I was missing some vital step. Maybe I’d inadvertently marked all the town’s inhabitants as warriors. As far as I can tell, the internet says the only way to move forward is to give up my crown. :(

This game is super addicting. It’s kind of repetitive, but not really in a bad way.Thing that need fixed: Freezing when the character is running on the screen when the game is loading. If you tap, the character changes, but then it just freezes up & have to restart.Suggestion: Have a way to see horse stamina; have a way to see how many of each type of citizen you have. I got stuck with a billion bowmen & farmers bc I kept loading them up bc I didn’t realize if you did that, the new recruits would never get to the hammers to become builders…I guess that’s also a learning moment, but it would be nice to have a stat list of citizens anyway.
Good, but so confusing

Look, this is a good game. But my goodness would it kill you guys to have some simple tooltips on what the heck everything does? I want to play this game so bad, but it’s so freaking confusing what everything does beyond the bare basics, it’s hard to strategize. I’ve almost killed myself experimenting what something does. A few things I’ve still yet to fully understand what certain things actually do. 2 stars because it’s fun, but it would be 5 if you would literally take the 1 hour it takes to build in basic tooltips on exactly what each structure does.To clarify for people, certain structures need certain requirements, which are also completely useless. Literally the hardest part of this game is figuring out what everything does, because more often than not it’s not always just an ‘upgrade’ of a previous thing (some hermits appear to “upgrade” your tower, when in fact they change it to something else ENTIRELY!). This would be so incredibly helpful to know BEFORE I ruin an extremely important tower into a stupid bakery (yes, this is something you can do).
