I really love this game it is so much fun! However it seems as if there has been a change in staff or something like that as it is not easy to get a hold of customer support when my game is having a issue and when I did finally reach support they commented and marked it as resolved at the same time so I could chat with them about it I had something like this happen to me more than once. So I have been disappointed about the service lately. Also I wish that there would be an update with new wallpaper, paint colors, furniture styles. I don’t particularly care for the statues that are included in the decor. I’d prefer something else in its place for instance I like the vases…Also I have noticed when I earn a new swatch from a mystery crate that they don’t match what I have on my original swatches that I use for design. For instance I have an option for a purple color and instead I get orange. Its kind of a downer when you are hoping to get the color that it originally shows and you get a color that you don’t really care for. I do wish that when you collect your hearts for a swatch you could have a choice of one out of three options so you could choose you color and then choose what you want the color for like wallpaper or wall paint or floor or counter making it optional rather than just getting whatever the game gives.
