# Bug Fixes - Fixed a crash that could occur when opening the app - A race condition in the in-app purchase system could cause the app to crash on launch or when navigating to settings. - Fixed a crash when switching between photos quickly - A threading issue in the image processing engine could cause a crash when switching photos while edits were still being applied. - Fixed a crash in batch photo selection - The batch action bar could crash when resizing under certain conditions. - Fixed keyboard dismissing when editing copyright text - When tapping the copyright fields in export options, the keyboard would briefly appear then immediately dismiss. - Fixed spurious error dialogs when switching apps - When returning from the background, the app could sometimes show an error message about GPU processing that wasn't a real problem. - Fixed errors showing when photo library updates during editing - If your Photos library changed while you were editing a photo, an unnecessary error would sometimes appear. # Improvements - Redesigned "Report an Issue" screen - The feedback form has been reorganized to make it easier to describe your issue first, then optionally attach photos and provide an email address. Your email is now remembered for future reports. - Warning when submitting feedback without photos - If you haven't opened any photos recently, you'll now see a notice explaining that diagnostic information won't be available with your report.

Bug Fixes - Fixed blurry preview for RAW photos -- RAW photos could appear blurry after opening them for editing in some cases instead of showing the full-resolution preview. - Fixed a crash when opening photos for editing. - Fixed rendering failures with very large images. - Fixed spurious error messages when quickly switching photos -- Rapidly navigating between photos could incorrectly trigger error states in the UI. - Fixed a crash when exporting RAW photos with masks -- Exporting a RAW photo with foreground or background masks (e.g., selective edits using subject masking) would crash. This now works correctly. - Fixed batch export failing on second and subsequent photos -- When exporting multiple photos at once, some photos could fail because the previous photo hadn't fully finished processing. Batch exports now complete reliably. - Fixed Undo hiding crop handles -- Using Undo while in the crop tool would cause the crop handles to disappear. They now remain visible after undoing. - Fixed Aspect Ratio selection disappearing after rotation -- Selecting an aspect ratio and then rotating the photo would clear the selection indicator, even though the ratio was still applied. The selection now stays visible. - Fixed broken export of rotated photos with frames -- Exporting a photo that was both rotated and had a frame applied could produce misaligned results. The geometry is now computed correctly. Improvements - Improved "Edit With Darkroom" on Mac -- Opening photos from Apple Photos via "Edit With Darkroom" is now smoother. A single photo opens directly in the editor, while multiple photos open in the grid with all selected. - Improved batch action buttons -- The Batch, Clear, and Done buttons now have larger tap targets and a more consistent appearance. - Improved grid overlay icons on Mac -- The grid overlay options in the Transform tool (Thirds, Phi, Center, etc.) now use properly scaled icons on Mac.

Stability - Fixed a crash that could occur when quickly scrolling through photos in the library - Fixed a crash when the rendering engine tried to access resources for the wrong photo during rapid navigation - Fixed a crash caused by a photo loading conflict when switching between images quickly - Fixed a crash when the app had missing rendering resources - Fixed crashes related to preset syncing Photo Browsing - Fixed blurry images when returning to a photo — Images would sometimes appear at low resolution after switching away from a photo and coming back, particularly when using keyboard navigation with editing tools open. Photos now render at full quality as expected. - Fixed blank images appearing when navigating between photos in the library - Fixed a case where photos could appear blank if a previous photo was still being unloaded in the background - Improved library browsing performance — In particular related to generating thumbnail previews as you scroll through your library. General - Reduced unnecessary error messages being shown on the photo preview --- These changes are primarily focused on stability and reliability when browsing through photos quickly — resolving several race conditions in the image loading pipeline that could cause crashes or blank previews.
