I have only been using this app for about a week now, but I’m really enjoying it so far! I LOVE the calendar layout so that workouts for the day are already pre-selected for me. I’ve been struggling for the past two years to find motivation to work out because I don’t find it enjoyable. I’ve stayed motivated with this app, and I also look forward to the daily workouts that are set up for me. I find her videos relaxing while also challenging, which is what I’ve been looking for! Bailey has a calming presence and her workouts are in really relaxing settings. My only suggestion for this app is that aside from having a library, which is a great feature for this app, I’d love to have a feature where I can log my workouts that I’ve done. I’d like to keep the library just for the videos I’d like to come back to in the future, but it would be great to also have a feature showing my history of workouts that I’ve completed. Overall great app - I think adding this feature would make it perfect!

I love Bailey’s teaching style! So many well planned workouts, and I love all the monthly options as well as permanent plans and individual classes. 4/5 instead of 5/5 because the organization of the app can be a little frustrating. First, there is no way to look at my history, which is kind of a bummer because I think it’s nice to see when I did what class. You can see completed classes by going into a playlist/course and looking for the white bar at the bottom, but I’ve had issues with this. I often share my videos to my tv with chromecast or airplay and a lot of times the video will restart part way through when I disconnect from my tv. If I don’t fast forward to the end, it will show as being only part complete. I hid the “resume” section because so many videos I’d already finished were popping up. I’d love to be able to click at the top of the page to resume my current course, but it’s not accurate. I also wish there was a way to see videos besides a vertical list. The yoga app I use has two thumbnails next to each other in each row, which I think makes it a lot easier to look through. Overall, love Bailey’s classes and hope to see some changes with video organization and tracking!

I cannot say enough about how transformative Bailey’s workouts are. As a petite woman who has struggled with an autoimmune disease / other health challenges that contributed to weight gain, I didn’t think I would ever get to a place where I felt proud of my body. The last few years, I have had a lot of trial and error with nutrition and workout yet struggled to find consistency in my routine. A very erratic work travel schedule to places where I’m not easily able to work out further challenged me. But this app has given me a foundation that I never thought possible - the workouts can be extremely travel friendly - it’s easy to throw wrist weights, a glider, booty band and Pilates ball in my bag and know I will get a serious workout wherever I’m headed. And at home, I know I can get a serious burn using 3-5 lb hand weights. The guidance in each workout to make the right mind muscle connection is everything, as is each ending mediation. It’s rare to find a workout that makes you feel challenged but so grounded at the same time. Between using this app consistently for 6 months, getting in regular walks and managing my nutrition well with a slight calorie deficit, I have overhauled my body to a place that I never thought was possible. If I ever get the chance to meet Bailey in person, I know I will never be able to convey the level of appreciation and gratitude I have for her! ❤️For feedback: It would be amazing for the search feature to be refined. I’d love to be able to search for very specific parameters (e.g., wrist weights only, standing, etc). The app clearly pulls from an extensive video repository and I’m challenged in finding certain workouts that I’d like to repeat sometimes. Additionally, it would be great to collate the recipes in a more accessible manner - I sometimes find additional recipes in the search function that aren’t linked on the main menu and would love to see what other hidden gems there are!

Bailey does an excellent job at making this app exciting and interesting in that she not only has beginner classes, but also new daily challenge classes each month (if you’re someone like me, who needs a schedule to focus and stay motivated), as well as each phase of our moon cycles. I have found these to be long enough that I feel accomplished (and they are NOT easy, but absolutely possible to complete), but not too long that I feel overwhelmed and wishing they were over. She is wicked strong, because a lot of these I curse her out (with love, lol) because she’ll be like “ok, one more” but then she adds like a million variations of that one more. I get so annoyed, but right after I’m like “girl, I see you”. And I’m not actually annoyed, it’s just intense! But that’s what it should be! I paid for a year and I want it to change my body. I want it to be challenging. And it is! I highly recommend this app. Plus, she just has a really sweet energy. She seems authentic.
