I against my better judgment, decided to give this app a chance I scheduled a task to be started at 2:00 PM. The company never reached out to me. It was going on past 1 o’clock, so I reached out to their customer service number to check the status of when the Aaron person or whoever was gonna touch base with me the people at the customer service number extremely rude. They told me they didn’t have a driver in my area so I asked them when one would be available or if they even service my area and that they should’ve given me some type of notice rather than 45 minutes to win. I was expecting the service to be taken care of. They got a attitude with me after I told them that I should’ve put my credit card information on their platform and then their response was OK. We’ll just delete your whole information, etc. very nasty. Very rude. Definitely a scam type of placebecause any other courier service you use like task rabbit they give you all the information ahead of time is not you just put your credit card information and no one contacts you were updated. She gives you any type of information Bacp very nasty rude deceptive people.

Wow! All I can say is WOW. So, it’s Christmas Eve and my driveway is a sheet of pure ice. Meanwhile, I’m wrapping presents and cooking (and watching some NFL games if I’m honest) in preparation for holiday parties. But I need ice melt so my guests (and family) don’t slip on my giant sheet of ice doubling as a driveway. So I decided to give Errand a try. Within 3 hours, I had 3 bags of Purple Heat on my doorstep. And I live in MORGAN, Utah which is almost NEVER in the coverage area of services like this. Uber, DoorDash, etc just don’t have drivers that come up to Morgan, but Errand did it. On Christmas Eve. Within 3 hours. These guys are legit and I am a fan for life.

One of the hardest things to do in a busy day is to get all the things I need to get done, done. On top of that, some things seem so menial but takes too much of my time, and unfortunately nothing has been out there in the market to help. But Errand has now fixed this!! They have solved so many pain points that I’ve had with specifically running errands. And the best part? It’s a lot more affordable than I thought. Definitely telling all my busy friends about this!

Like others, I’m frustrated with the complete lack of notification and updating of this app. I scheduled for “ASAP” and it went under scheduled orders but didn’t tell me if there was someone to do it or if it was accepted, etc. It’s now an hour past the receive by time and there has been no update or communication. My money is still gone and there’s NO option to cancel and they’ve done an excellent job of scrubbing the internet of any contact option aside from the phone number that’s outside of business hours when this was happening. Will be sure to dispute with my bank ASAP.

I got discouraged after not being able to find a runner on demand. I talked to Clare over the phone and she explained the ASAP feature will auto cancel the order if a runner is not immediately available (like within a few seconds) so she found me a runner right away. My errand got done and it was a good experience!

I don't usually leave reviews but errand is a game changer!!! I haven't been able to find ANY tool to pick up and drop off my laundry and packages, and errand takes care of it so fast!! Also, all of the other apps only pick up from partnered stores. Errand picks up from everywhere! As a busy entrepreneur this is a LIFE SAVER!
